    摘要： A foldable carrier for transporting a plurality of food or beverage containers, including (a) a handle portion having at least one slot formed therein; (b) a first panel having at least a first elliptical opening therein; (c) a second panel having at least a second elliptical opening therein; (d) a flexible connection between the handle portion and the first and second panels which permits the handle portion to be moved between a position where the handle portion is perpendicular to the first and second panels and a position where the handle portion is substantially parallel with one of the first and second panels; (e) a third panel with third and fourth elliptical openings and resulting in perpendicular alignment between the first and third, and second and fourth elliptical openings, which connects both the first and second cup supporting panels and limits movement of the first panel towards the second panel when food or drink containers are placed in and carried by the first and second openings; and (f) a locking means adapted to engage the handle portion slot in interlocking fashion to allow the locking means, and thus the handle portion, to be supported by at least one container when the container is loaded into the carrier. The carrier may also include a coverable auxiliary food tray which has a bottom portion and side portions, that when used, contacts and is also supported by the top surface of the locking means.

    摘要： A neck clip bottle carrier having angled side panels of two-ply construction. The lower edges of openings in the side panels engage the underside of bottle flanges to support the bottles. The inner and outer plies of the side panels contain tear lines which are aligned with and overlie each other. The tear lines extend at an angle to the vertical from the lower edge of the side panels to a point on the lower support edge of the nearest bottle neck opening. Severance of overlying tear lines in a side panel permits the associated bottle to be removed through the side panel.

    摘要： A carrier for articles such as beverage cans of the type that grip the top portions of the cans so as to suspend them from the carrier. The upper ends of the cans extend through apertures in the bottom panel of the carrier, and the chimes or lips of the cans are engaged by locking tabs surrounding the aperture. Glue flaps foldably connected to the bottom panel adjacent the can apertures by connecting flap segments overlie the upper ends of the cans. The connecting flap segments contain support tabs which assist in supporting the cans, thereby providing support substantially throughout the circumference of the cans.

    摘要： A bottle carrier for enveloping the flanged necks of a plurality of bottles arranged in two rows of at least two bottles each includes an apertured bottom panel arranged with the bottle neck receiving apertures disposed in at least two rows, a locking notch formed in each aperture and located adjacent the longitudinal medial center line of the bottom panel, an inwardly and upwardly tapered side wall foldably joined to each side edge of the bottom panel, an inwardly and downwardly tapered support wall foldably joined to the top edge of each of said side walls, a plurality of apertures formed in each of said side walls and in each of said support walls and near the upper edges thereof to define a plurality of neck receiving apertures for engaging the flanges of the bottle necks respectively and a plurality of locking tabs formed along the bottom edges of said support walls and arranged to engage said notches respectively thereby to interconnect said support walls with said bottom panel. If desired handle panels may be foldably joined to the bottom edges of the support walls and may project upwardly therefrom and guide panels struck from the bottle neck receiving apertures in the bottom panel and folded upwardly so as to engage the respective locking tabs during assembly of the carrier.According to a modification of the invention, cover panel elements instead of handle panels may be foldably joined to the bottom edges of the support walls and may be arranged so as to overlie the medial portion of the bottom wall which is disposed between the bottom edges of the support panels.

    摘要： A carrier for a plurality of bottles having enlarged cap portions and arranged in two rows. The carrier is made from a resilient deformable plastic sheet material and preferably as two flat blanks with the blanks placed one on the other and joined along a central bight portion. The joined blanks are folded and mechanically locked into two integral side-by-side prism-like members in which the end faces are triangles by simple tabs and tab receiving apertures provided on the blanks. An integral hand assembly is formed in the upper blank and serves to provide a convenient carrying handle for the carrier and plurality of bottles secured in the carrier. Aligned apertures through the base and apex of each of the prism-like members of the carrier provide an interlocking relationship of the carrier with the bottles such that the side walls of the prism-like members of the carrier are resiliently bowed outwardly to project opposed marginal edges of the apertures in the apex of the prism-like members of the carrier firmly against the underside of the cap portion enlargements of the bottles and with the marginal edges of the apertures in the base of the prism-like members of the carrier being firmly circumferentially urged downwardly against the diverging neck portions of the bottles. The bottle gripping apertures in the apex of each of the prism-like members of the carrier are defined between straight-edged segments at one marginal edge of the lower blank and the inner marginal edges of apertures in an overlapped section of a side portion of the upper blank. The tabs which extend from the opposite marginal edges of the overlapped sections of the upper blank and engage tab receiving apertures in the outer walls of the prism-like members of the carrier may be simply pulled from those apertures and the apertures of the overlapped sections, which are larger than the enlarged cap portions of the bottles, may then be raised over and above the enlarged cap portions of the bottles to permit the carrier to be easily lifted from the bottles. The carrier may be reused by interlocking the tabs in the tab receiving apertures to again form the prism-like members and by projecting the carrier downwardly over the bottles until the apex apertures snap below the enlarged cap portions of the bottles.
