The present disclosure describes a temporary plating mask that may comprise a hydrocarbon resin and a styrene block copolymer. The temporary plating mask may further comprise a tackifier and other additives such as pigments, fillers, dyes, surfactants, or rheology modifiers.

摘要: A valve operating device includes a defining a transverse axis extending from a first end to a second end. A motor is positioned within the housing. The motor includes a motor output shaft configured to drive at least one gear disposed within the housing. The at least one gear is configured to rotate a key extending substantially perpendicular to the transverse axis to engage a valve. A motor controller unit drives the motor in either a clockwise or a counter-clockwise direction at a variable motor speed to deliver up to a torque limit. A user interface comprises a first motor activation throttle configured to drive the motor in the clockwise direction at a user-controlled speed when activated. A second motor activation throttle drives the motor at a user-controlled speed in the counter-clockwise direction when activated.

摘要: Described is a modular retainer assembly for attaching a first component having a first opening relative to a second component having a second opening. The modular retainer assembly includes a nut insert and a stamped-metal retainer clip. The nut insert includes a collar and a flange where the collar defines a bore that engages a shank of a fastener. The stamped-metal retainer clip includes a nut recess that receives and retains the nut insert. The stamped-metal retainer clip includes first planar portion and a second planar portion that are resiliently connected via a bend to define a channel, a nut base plate resiliently connected to the first planar portion and extending into the channel, and a tongue resiliently coupled to the first planar portion and configured to secure a least a portion of the nut insert between the tongue and the base plate, wherein the tongue comprises a tongue opening configured to receive a portion of the collar.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a reflow oven, comprising a heating zone, a cooling zone, a barrier and exhaust zone, a gas exhaust passage, a gas exhaust power device, and a detection device. The heating zone comprises a heating zone inlet and a heating zone outlet. The cooling zone comprises a cooling zone inlet and a cooling zone outlet. The barrier and exhaust zone is located between the heating zone outlet and the cooling zone inlet. An inlet of the gas exhaust passage is communicated with the barrier and exhaust zone. The gas exhaust power device is disposed on the gas exhaust passage. The detection device is disposed on the gas exhaust passage and used for detecting parameters of gas in the gas exhaust passage, wherein the parameters of the gas reflect a blockage condition of the gas exhaust power device.
