In the method, the respective parameters for: heating temperature; charge time; air-cooling rate; pressurization time; flow-stopping temperature; and a moldable time satisfies specified numerical ranges simultaneously.

摘要: An imprint apparatus includes a mold holder for holding a mold, a substrate holder for holding a substrate, a dispenser for arranging imprint material on the substrate, and a scope for capturing an image of a mark. 摘要: A mold is provided for forming caps for closing containers by compression molding doses of plastic material, where a bottom wall of the cap, or at least one portion of the bottom wall is very thin. The mold includes two half-molds axially movable towards each other which assume an end closed position without a dose. A tubular element is slidable around the second half-mold and partially defines the cavity. The tubular element contacts an axial abutment of the first half-mold at one side and an axial end stop of the second half-mold at the other side to prevent hard contact between the half-molds.

摘要: When the deceleration start point is reached, the meter-in side of the hydraulic driving actuator is subjected to a flow rate control to thereby start the deceleration control processing. The position to which the movable unit is moved is detected to use a speed instruction corresponding to the movement position to subject the hydraulic driving actuator to a meter-in control. The position to which the movable unit is moved is detected to calculate the moving speed of the movable unit. Based on the speed instruction, the moving speed is subjected to the feedback control using the meter-out control to the hydraulic driving actuator.
