    摘要: A method for aircraft maintenance comprises loading, into computer memory, a plurality of unstructured aircraft component records originating from one or more different component status monitors, the plurality of unstructured aircraft component records describing observed maintenance conditions of a plurality of different aircraft components. The plurality of unstructured aircraft component records are provided from computer memory to a natural language processing (NLP) model configured to output a corresponding plurality of digital component, condition, and location (CCL) records for the plurality of different aircraft components. CCL records for a plurality of different CCL types are independently computer aggregated. The CCL records for a selected CCL type are computer aggregated to determine a time-dependent failure distribution for the selected CCL type.

    摘要: A replacement tip section for a rotor blade, from which a legacy tip section was removed, includes a blade tip portion configured to be attached to an intermediate section of the rotor blade after removal of the legacy section. The intermediate section has a connection feature at an end of the intermediate section to which the blade tip portion is attachable. The replacement tip section includes a transition region configured to be attached to a forward end of the connection feature. The transition region is configured to form a leading edge of the rotor blade and extends from the blade tip portion to form an opening into which the intermediate section is attached. The transition region includes a first end having a first airfoil that conforms to the intermediate section airfoil at the connection feature, and a second end having a second airfoil that conforms to the blade tip portion.

    摘要: A method is provided for reconfiguring a vehicle for transfer from a first operator to a second operator. The method includes accessing first datasets that define an initial configuration of the vehicle, importing second datasets that describe maintenance, repair or service of the vehicle during in-service operation with the first operator, and generating a first composite dataset defining a current configuration of the vehicle. The method also includes accessing third datasets that define requirements of the vehicle for in-service operation with the second operator, and generating a second composite dataset that defines a target configuration of the vehicle from the first composite dataset and based on data of the third datasets. The method includes comparing the first and second composite datasets to identify modifications to reconfigure the vehicle from the current configuration to the target configuration, and generating a visual presentation of the modifications to facilitate reconfiguration of the vehicle.

    摘要: A drone includes a frame and a battery. The frame has a battery accommodation groove. The battery accommodation groove includes a first positioning component and a second positioning component. The first positioning component and the second positioning component are staggered along a first direction. The battery is received within the battery accommodation groove. The battery has a first positioning portion and a second positioning portion. The first positioning portion is matched with the first positioning component, and the second positioning portion is matched with the second positioning component. Therefore, an automatic exchange of batteries along the first direction can be implemented, and the advantages of reducing costs of space, time, and manpower can be achieved.
