摘要: The invention relates to agriculture and can be used to restore soil fertility. A method for remediation of contaminated lands involves pouring and introducing a bioreagent to a depth into the soil prepared for purification. Remediation is carried out in 2 steps: in the first step, slit-like or round holes are made in the infected area to a depth of 25 cm, poured with water, afterwards, 5-6 hours later, this area is poured with a bioreagent in the form of a humus-containing suspension in an amount of up to 400 g per kg of soil containing strains: Acinetobacter calcoaceticus VKPM V-4883, Pseudomonas denitrificans VKPM-4884, Pseudomonas sp. “longa” VKPM V-4885, Rhodococcus erythropolis in an amount of (6-8)·109, (3-4)·109 (2-3)·109, (1-2)·109 cells per 1 L of solution, respectively, in the ratio, wt. % 4.8:2.4:1.7:1.0. In the second step, 8-10 days later, half the initial dose of the concentrate of the humus-containing suspension is introduced. After introduction of the second reduced dose of the humus-containing suspension, watering is continued for 14 days. The distance between the slit-like or round holes is 8-10 cm. The proposed method for remediation of contaminated lands provides for treatment efficiency and a reduction in the degree of decontamination from a high degree of contamination to the MPC (maximum permissible concentration) level, preservation of soil biocenosis and restoration of soil fertility.

摘要: A method of incorporating a peroxide source that produces reactive oxygen species and optionally also incorporating steam with the peroxide source (or other source of heat), into soil as a method of soil remediation, i.e., to destroy or remove chemical contaminants that pose a threat to plant or animal life. The invention also relates to the use of the peroxide source along with optional steam (or other heat source) or hot vaporized peroxide solution to treat soils, in particular those intended for agriculture, as a pesticide for controlling nematodes, pathogenic fungi, insect pests and bacteria. The peroxide source may be applied to the soil using soil cultivation equipment to increase contact between the peroxide source and the soil to be treated. The peroxide source and/or steam or other source of heat or hot vaporized peroxide solution can also be applied with injection wells or infiltration galleries, for instance, for the pesticide use and soil remediation.

摘要: A system for inoculating soil with microalgae is provided. The system is portable and can be used with many different water sources to culture microalgae and form an inoculate that is added to irrigation water used for watering crops. The system provides improved crop production metrics as compared to crops grown without the microalgae-based inoculation system. The system can be integrated into existing irrigation systems to add macronutrients and micronutrients into the water, thereby providing highly bioavailable nutrients to crops.

摘要: It has been discovered that waste cross-linked polymer materials both synthetic (scrap tire rubber, used polyurethane, and epoxy and phenol resins in discarded printed circuit boards) and natural (wood biomass, keratin, and chitin) can be conveniently depolymerized at slightly elevated temperatures and moderate pressures by the action of a liquid chemical reagent. The proposed inexpensive process results in a substantial to total depolymerization of synthetic polymers and thereby recovers valuable liquid and solid materials. When applied to lignocellulosic biomass, the proposed process, depending on the reaction conditions, either unlocks the lignin-hemicellulose matrix making cellulose more available for fermenting microorganisms or results in carbonization, or coalification of the biomass that may be desirable in terms of sequestering excessive carbon from the Earth's biosphere.

摘要: A facility secondary NO3− salinized soil modifier and a modification method are disclosed. The present invention involves the preparation processes of two biological soil modifiers A and B and application methods thereof, which are specifically described as follows: (1) soil modifier A: solid, obtained by microbial fermentation with straw powder and rice bran and the like as raw materials, C/N between 30-50, applied by uniformly mixing at 1-1.4‰ by mass with facility ploughing soil, co-culturing at 35-50° C. for 5-7 days, and then returning to fields; and (2) soil modifier B: liquid, subjected to salt tolerance acclimation to have effective microbial populations, and used in the crop growth period. Based on the microbial techniques, the present invention can improve soil structureness, enhance microbial activity and promote biological immobilization on inorganic nitrogen in soils, significantly increasing the facility cultivation crop yield, and improving the product quality.

摘要: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a bio-derived, environmentally friendly soil conditioner to facilitate the removal of overburden (also known as spoil) in tunneling and mining operations. The bio-derived, biodegradable, and non-toxic formula may be injectable into the soil-cutter interface, and can thicken the tunnel water and disperse the soil to improve the removal of the spoil. The biodegradable soil conditioner may comprise: 1) about 45% to about 75% triglyceride oil by weight; 2) about 20% to about 50% super absorbent polymer by weight; and 3) about 1% to about 4% surfactant by weight. Further, the biodegradable soil conditioner may comprise about 0.1% to about 1.0% viscosity thickening agent.
