摘要: Disclosed herein are methods for promoting plant growth by treatment, either directly or indirectly, with isolated Muscodor albus strain. A method for increasing an amount of beneficial microbes in a soil can include applying to the soil, to a plant grown in the soil, and/or a seed and/or a substrate used for growing a plant in the soil, an effective amount of a composition comprising Muscodor albus strain SA-13 (NRRL Accession No. B-50774) fermentation. Methods can promote plant growth, such as increate plant height and/or biomass, as well as induce earlier fruiting and flowering.

摘要: The disclosure generally describes the discovery of a train of Trichoderma gamsii (NRRL B-50520) that has multiple capabilities for various uses in plant agriculture and development of systems for its use. This patent application compares its abilities to enhance plant agriculture for a number of applications with a number of other microbial agents and that are contained within useful formulations. While other strains or mixtures have abilities to confer one trait or another, this strain appears to be uniquely versatile in its capabilities. It can be used in conventional or organic agriculture for the promotion of plant growth and increase in crop yields when applied topically as a foliar spray or as a seed coating. The highly active products also are expected to increase plant productivity and improve quality of fruits, vegetables, flowers or other plant products.

摘要: A method of increasing organic carbon in a soil is disclosed. The method includes inoculating the soil and/or a plant growing in the soil with one or more fungal strains from at least one genus selected from the group consisting of Acrocalymma, Clonostachys, Leptodontidium, Periconia, Phaeosphaeria, Thozetella, Trichoderma, and a combination thereof, wherein the one or more fungal strains are in an amount effective to increase organic carbon in the soil compared to a non-inoculated control soil. Also disclosed is a method of enhancing plant growth, comprising: applying to a plant, a plant part, or the locus surrounding the plant with one or more fungal strains from at least one genus selected from the group consisting of Acrocalymma, Clonostachys, Leptodontidium, Periconia, Phaeosphaeria, Thozetella, Trichoderma, and a combination thereof in an amount effective to enhance the growth of the plant as compared to an untreated control plant.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a soil amendment composition for solubilizing silicate in soil. The soil amendment includes at least one a microorganism capable of solubilizing the silicate, and may further comprise at least one nutrient, binding agent or silica. This combination facilitates a slow release of silicate into the soil. Addition of the soil amendment composition encourages growth of plants, such as Cannabis plants; and may enable plants to better withstand drought, frost winds and other environmental conditions. The present disclosure provides a soil amendment for providing bioavailable silicon that may be applied infrequently.

摘要: The present invention comprises one or more organic solvents that create a non-aqueous organo solvent delivery system. (NOSDS), and one or more Organo Polycarboxylate functionalities, OPCF, that results in a stable, non-aqueous solution that can easily, safely, evenly and economically coat nitrogen source granules and/or be added to a mobile liquid form of a nitrogen source such as an aqueous dispersion, pressurized ammonia gas or molten urea and/or molten modified urea. Using these solvents provides more flexibility for nitrogen source manufacturers to produce nitrogen sources designed for a particular soil or plant. The liquid solutions are comprised of NOSDS and OPCFs and one or more of a) nitrification inhibitors, b) urease inhibitors, c) pesticides, d) fungicides, e) herbicides, f) insecticides and g) micronutrients.
