摘要: A guide frame for a four-way reversing valve includes a frame body. Both ends of the frame body include a connecting portion, respectively. The connecting portion includes a first bending member and a second bending member, and the directions of bending of the first bending member and of the second bending member are opposite. The connecting portion includes a reinforcing member. The reinforcing member includes a first reinforcing plate and a second reinforcing plate. The first reinforcing plate is connected to the inner side of the first bending member by welding and the second reinforcing plate is connected to the inner side of the second bending member by welding. The connection strength of the connecting portion is increased, such that the guide frame is less likely to deform or break.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide an application of an ammonium ion-containing halogen compound in solid-state refrigeration and a novel efficient solid-state refrigeration method driven by a pressure. The ammonium ion-containing halogen compound is characterized in that phase change can be induced with only a small pressure, resulting in a huge barocaloric effect, and the unit pressure thereof drives the phase-change temperature displacement as high as 0.81 Kmin−1. Ammonium iodide produces 89.07 J kg−1K−1 isothermal entropy change under a pressure of 20 MPa; and the use of this material for a refrigeration cycle is far superior to other material systems having a barocaloric effect.

摘要: Provided are a siphon evaporation device having a heat exchange structure, and an operation method and application thereof. The siphon evaporation device includes an evaporator and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is located above the evaporator. A liquid refrigerant outlet at the lower end of the heat exchanger is connected to a liquid refrigerant inlet at the upper end of the evaporator. A gaseous refrigerant outlet at the upper end of the evaporator is connected to a gaseous refrigerant inlet at the lower end of the heat exchanger. A liquid refrigerant passes through a heat exchange tube pass of the heat exchanger. A tail end of the heat exchange tube pass is connected to a shell pass of the heat exchanger at the bottom of the heat exchanger through a pressure reduction pipe. The gaseous refrigerant outlet is further formed on the heat exchanger.
