Abstract: Provided herein is a method and apparatus for configuring a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource in a wireless communication system and, most particularly, in a new radio access (NR) technology. More specifically, when and/or for which operation the default PUCCH resource is being used may be defined. For example, a wireless device may receive information on a default physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource, and the wireless device may transmit uplink control information (UCI) to a gNB by using the default PUCCH resource, only before establishing a radio resource control (RRC) connection with the gNB.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for transmitting uplink channel state information (CSI) in a wireless communication system that supports carrier aggregation, and to an apparatus for the method. The method for reporting CSI in a wireless communication system that supports carrier aggregation comprises the steps of: configuring a plurality of downlink component carriers (DL CCs); setting a CSI report mode on the plurality of DL CCs for each DL CC; and performing an operation for transmitting CSI according to the CSI report mode set on each DL CC. If a P-number of CSI overlap in the same subframe and a first condition is satisfied, a Q-number of CSI among the P-number of CSI are transmitted through a first physical channel, and if the P-number of SCI overlap in the same subframe and a second condition is satisfied, only an R-number of CSI among the P-number of CSI are transmitted through a second physical channel which is different from the first physical channel, wherein R is smaller than Q.

Abstract: A method and a device for transmitting reference signals in a wireless communication system are disclosed. For these, a sequence is acquired to be used for the reference signals, and the reference signals are transmitted through subframes comprising a first type subframe and a second type subframe. Here, the first type subframe includes a first number of OFDM symbols and the second type subframe includes a second number of OFDM symbols. And, a first position of OFDM symbol for transmitting the reference signals at the first type subframe is the same as a second position of OFDM symbol for transmitting the reference signals at the second type subframe.

The method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes determining, by the UE configured with dual connectivity to a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary cell group (SCG), a first power for a first transmission in a first subframe toward the MCG determining a second power for a second transmission toward the SCG, and scaling down the second power for the second transmission toward the SCG if a total power related to the MCG and the SCG exceeds a maximum power, wherein the scaling down is performed if the first transmission toward the MCG in the first subframe is overlapped with the second transmission toward the SCG.

Abstract: A UE transmits a random access channel (RACH) preamble and a BS receives the RACH channel. The UE generates/transmits the RACH preamble to align the boundaries of the RACH preamble with the boundaries of OFDM symbols on which the RACH preamble is configured in the time domain.

Abstract: A method for a wireless device to which a plurality of serving cells are assigned transmitting uplink control information (UCI) in a wireless communication system is provided. The wireless device transmits uplink data in a subframe to a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), and transmits UCI including a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) ACK/NACK and periodic channel state information (CSI) in the subframe to a physical uplink shared channel (PUCCH). The PUCCH and the PUSCH have the same demodulation reference signal (DMRS) location within the subframe.
