Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a synchronization signal block (SSB) transmitted using a single carrier quadrature amplitude modulation (SC-QAM) waveform, wherein the SSB has a uniform bandwidth allocation for each of a primary synchronization signal (PSS) included in the SSB, a secondary synchronization signal (SSS) included in the SSB, and physical broadcast channel (PBCH) data included in the SSB. The UE may perform initial channel access based at least in part on the SSB. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods and devices for discontinuous reception signaling for wireless communications systems are described. A base station may determine a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration and a discontinuous reception configuration (DRX) associated with the semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration for a user equipment (UE). The base station may transmit the SPS configuration to the UE. The SPS configuration may indicate one or more DRX parameters for the DRX configuration. A UE may receive the semi-persistent scheduling configuration from the base station. The UE may identify one or more DRX parameters for the discontinuous reception configuration based on the SPS configuration. The UE may monitor a downlink control channel in accordance with the DRX configuration.

The UE may select, based at least in part on the message, either a cell-specific offset or an updated offset that is indicated after initial access, as a timing offset that accounts for a propagation delay between a base station of the NTN and the UE. Abstract: A base station may transmit, to a UE, at least one of the SS, the PBCH, the CORESET, or the SIB, via the plurality of resources based on the indication of the at least one initial access structure. In some aspects, the SS may be time-division multiplexed with the PBCH and may be frequency-division multiplexed with the CORESET and the SIB. In one aspect, the CORESET may be time-division multiplexed with the SIB. In another aspect, the CORESET may be frequency-division multiplexed with the SIB. In some aspects, at least one switching gap may be configured after the at least one initial access structure, the at least one switching gap being configured based on an SCS.

Abstract: A base station may determine one or more parameters of a PDSCH group including multiple PDSCHs for each beam in a plurality of beams, configure a plurality of resources for communication via the PDSCH group based on the determined one or more parameters of the PDSCH group, and transmit, to a UE, an indication of at least one parameter of the one or more parameters of the PDSCH group via the plurality of resources. The base station may also transmit, via the plurality of resources, one or more PDSCHs based on the at least one parameter of the one or more parameters of the PDSCH group. The UE may receive the indication of at least one parameter of the PDSCH group including multiple PDSCHs for each beam in a plurality of beams, and receive, from the base station, one or more PDSCHs based on the indication.
