Abstract: The present application provides a display panel and a display device. A blue sub-pixel of the display panel has more display domains than a red sub-pixel and a green sub-pixel. The blue sub-pixel has a differential design while the red sub-pixel and the green sub-pixel maintain their original designs. Under a precondition of ensuring light transmittance, a lower proportion of light is emitted by the blue sub-pixels in a displayed screen when viewed at wide viewing angles, so that the present application can alleviate a color shift problem at wide viewing angles of a conventional liquid crystal display.

Abstract: An array substrate and a liquid crystal display panel are provided. A shielding electrode is at least arranged between a data line and a pixel electrode. On a base substrate, an orthogonal projection of the shielding electrode and an orthogonal projection of the data line both overlap with an orthogonal projection of a portion of a trunk electrode extending along a direction of a data line, so that the shielding electrode shields a coupling effect between the data line and the pixel electrode. By arranging the data line and the shielding electrode in an area corresponding to the trunk electrode of a pixel electrode, less space or no space are occupied by the shielding electrode and the data line. The present application increases an aperture ratio of the pixel and increases a transmittance of the display panel.

Abstract: A display device and a driving method are proposed to obtain the gray value difference data of the display device when the gray value of the display device changes. So, the display device could determine the corresponding compensation data according to the gray value difference of the display device and then the compensation data and the driving data are used to drive the display device. In this way, the driving data are compensated when the display device has a variance of gray value such that the charging operation becomes sufficient to charge the display device. For example, the charging speed becomes faster to allow the display device to reach sufficient luminance such that the issues of color shifts or insufficient luminance could be avoided.
