Abstract: A method for transmitting an SRS by a terminal may comprise the steps of: receiving, from a base station, one of an SRS resource indicator (SRI), a CSI-RS resource indicator (CRI), a synchronization signal block (SSB) identifier, and an uplink transmission configuration indicator (TCI); on the basis of whether the received indicator/identifier includes an indication that the corresponding indicator/identifier is commonly used for an SRS resource group or an indication that the corresponding indicator/identifier is used for a first SRS resource of the SRS resource group, determining whether to use the same transmission beam or use different transmission beams to transmit an SRS in the SRS resource group; on the basis of the determination, determining a transmission beam for the terminal, indicated by the received indicator/identifier; and transmitting the SRS in the first SRS resource on the basis of the transmission beam for the terminal, wherein the SRS resource group includes the first SRS resource and a second SRS resource. The UE is capable of communicating with at least one of another UE, a UE related to an autonomous driving vehicle, a base station or a network.

Abstract: A method of transmitting, by a user equipment (UE), power measurement information related to beam reporting in a wireless communication system includes: receiving downlink control information (DCI) triggering reporting of the power measurement information; receiving a downlink reference signal for reporting of the power measurement information; and transmitting, to a base station, power measurement information determined based on the received downlink reference signal. A minimum required time for reporting of the power measurement information is (i) calculated as the sum of a first minimum required time from the last timing of the downlink reference signal to a transmission timing of the power measurement information and a second minimum required time between DCI triggering the downlink reference signal and reception of the downlink reference signal or (ii) calculated based on a pre-configured threshold value related to reporting of the power measurement information.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method and a device for transmitting a message in an initial access procedure by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system. According to the present disclosure, a UE may transmit to a base station capability information associated with transmission power of the UE and the information may include a subset including at least one transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) supported by the UE. The UE may receive first control information for transmitting a message associated with an initial access and the control information may include a TPMI used for the UE to transmit the message. Thereafter, the UE may transmit to the base station the message by using transmission power determined based on the TPMI and the transmission power may be determined according to whether the TPMI is included in the at least one TPMI.

Particularly, the method for a first terminal to re-establish a link with another terminal in a wireless communication system comprises: a step of determining a radio link failure with respect to a radio link with a second terminal; a step of transmitting a first message, requesting measurement for re-establishing the radio link with the second terminal, to a base station on the basis of the determined radio link failure; a step of receiving a second message, including information on the configuration of the measurement, from the base station in response to the transmitted first message; and a step of transmitting, to the base station, a third message including a report on the radio link with the second terminal which has been re-established by performing the measurement based on the information on the configuration.
