    摘要: Systems and methods for selectively routing emergency calls between public safety answering points and in-field first responders. One example method includes determining one or both of an identity and a location of an emergency caller. The method includes retrieving, based on the identity and/or the location, active incident information identifying one or more active incidents associated with the identity and/or the location. The method includes identifying identities and/or locations of one or more in-field first responders associated with the one or more active incidents and comparing the identity and/or location of the emergency caller to the identities and/or locations of the in-field first responders associated with the active incidents. When a match is found based on the comparison, the emergency call is routed to one of the matching in-field first responders and not to the PSAP. When a match is not found, the emergency call is routed to the PSAP.

    摘要: Systems and methods for frequency spectrum interference coordination in communication systems with dynamically-assigned spectrum. Embodiments provided herein include a spectrum management entity proxy between a cellular network's base stations and the spectrum management entity. The spectrum management entity proxy determines and implements an interference coordination scheme between the base stations of the cellular network. To determine and implement the interference coordination scheme, the spectrum management entity proxy modifies the messages exchanged between one or more base stations and a spectrum management entity before forwarding the messages. In some embodiments, the spectrum management entity proxy generates request messages to the spectrum management entity on behalf of the base stations (and vice versa).

    摘要: Methods and systems for coordinating task zones at a public safety incident scene. One system includes an electronic computing device that includes an electronic processor configured to determine a first task to be performed by a first public safety officer and a second task to be performed by a second public safety officer. The electronic processor establishes a first geofence for the first task and a second geofence for the second task. In response to determining that the second geofence at least partially overlaps with the first geofence, the electronic processor determines whether the first task conflicts with the second task. In response to determining that the first task conflicts with the second task, the electronic processor modifies the first task and provides an instruction to a communication device of the first public safety officer to indicate that the first task has been modified.

A device detects communication data broadcast on a first radio channel by a radio device associated with a first user. In response to determining that the communication data meets given criteria for rebroadcasting, the device: determines additional context data associated with one or more of the radio device and the first user; identifies one or more second radio channels for rebroadcast of the communication data; and causes at least a portion of the communication data and the additional context data to be broadcast on the one or more second radio channels, the additional context data being broadcast in a channel-compatible format one or more of preceding, succeeding and embedded in the portion of the communication data.
