    Abstract: Power machines such as excavators with control inputs that are configurable to control various functions on the excavator. In some modes, selected control inputs are manipulable to control the position of a lift arm, bucket, and house position. In other modes, the same control inputs are used to control travel and an implement on an undercarriage.

    Abstract: A hydraulic brake mechanism for use in hydraulic systems to provide braking of a hydraulic motor is disclosed. The brake mechanism provides proper braking under a range of operating conditions, including (1) the start of flow from the pump to the brake and motor and braking is not desired; (2) operating conditions in which constant flow is provided from the pump to the brake and motor and braking is not desired; (3) operating conditions in which abrupt decreases of flow from the pump to the brake and the motor occur, for example where flow is reduced due to being drawn by another work element or hydraulic load, but under which a reduced supply flow is still present and braking is not desired; and (4) operating conditions in which the hydraulic flow from the pump to the brake mechanism and the motor is shut off completely and braking is desired.

    Abstract: A light system includes a plurality of light towers including a first light tower and a second light tower. Each light tower include a light source, a rechargeable battery operable to provide electrical power to the light source, and a control system programmed to control the flow of power to and from the rechargeable battery. The light system further includes a power/network cord electrically connecting the first light tower to the second light tower, a power source, and a power recharge cord arranged to electrically connect the first light tower to the power source. The power recharge cord is operable to provide electrical power from the power source to the first light tower and from the first light tower to the second light tower via the power/network cord. Each control system is programmed to selectively activate the power source to initiate a recharge cycle for the respective rechargeable battery.
