    Abstract: A heat dissipation device includes a first heat sink and a second heat sink juxtaposed with the first heat sink. The first heat sink includes a first base and a plurality of first fin extending from the first base with a plurality of first channels defined therebetween. The second heat sink includes a second base and a plurality of second fins extending from the second base with a plurality of second channels defined therebetween. The second fins extend beyond a common edge of the first base and the second base to extend into first channels of the first heat sink.

    Abstract: A heat dissipation device includes a plurality of first fins and second fins, a flattened heat pipe and a base plate. The first fins include a first face at a bottom thereof. The second fins are sandwiched between the first fins and have a second face at a bottom thereof. The heat pipe includes a first section, a second section and a connecting section connecting the first section with the second section. The first section and the second section thermally contact the second face of the second fins. The connecting section thermally contacts the first face of the first fins. The base plate has a bottom surface adapted for contacting a heat-generating electronic component, and a top surface contacting the second face of the second fins and the first section and the second section of the heat pipe.

    Abstract: A locking device is for locking a heat sink to an electronic device. The locking device includes a retaining frame and a guiding member positioned on the retaining frame. The guiding member includes a seat having a base sitting on the retaining frame, a sleeve extending upwardly from the seat, and two spaced legs descending from the base of the seat to retain the guiding member to the retaining frame. A fastener is accommodated in the sleeve of the guiding member and is kept vertical to the retaining frame by the guiding member.

    Abstract: A heat dissipation device includes a heat sink having a heat conducting core and a plurality of fins extending from the core. The core has a downward extension portion extending away the fins for contacting a heat generating device. A locking device includes a locking plate defining a central opening accommodating the extension portion of the core of the heat sink therein and has a plurality of locking arms extending from the locking plate. Pluralities of cutouts circumferentially surrounding and communicating with the opening are defined in the locking plate. The extension portion of the core of the heat sink is punched to press the locking plate of the locking device toward the heat sink and have portions thereof engaged in the cutouts of the locking plate of the locking device, whereby the locking device is stably fixed to the heat sink.

    Abstract: A fluid guiding device (1) includes a ventilating pipe (10), a barrel (20) and a holding frame (30). The ventilating pipe includes two spring levers (154). A handling tab (156) and an engaging tab (158) extend from a free end of each spring lever, respectively outwardly and inwardly. The barrel forms two jagged members (262) thereon. Each jagged member forms a plurality of parallel teeth (264). The engaging tabs are selectively engaged with corresponding teeth respectively to position the barrel to the ventilating pipe when the barrel is moved to a desired location in the ventilating pipe. The engaging tabs escape from teeth by pulling the handling tabs outwardly to allow the barrel to be movable on the ventilating pipe. A pair of tabs (152) is formed at opposite sides of the first fastener and parallel to the first plate. The second plate forms a second fastener (25) at an edge thereof. The second fastener includes a pair of double-layer latches (252) received in the cutouts of the first plate and interengaged with the tabs of the first plate. The first fastener is located between the pair of latches. The heat pipes are inserted through the first and second plates between said edges.     Abstract: A heat sink assembly includes a base, a fin group located above a top of the base, a mounting bracket, and a fan mounted on a lateral side of the mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is integrally formed by a metal sheet.
