    Abstract: An exerciser includes a handle and a support rotatably secured to a base, two foot pedals are rotatably secured to the support with spindles for allowing the users' feet to be rotated relative to the support and for preventing the users from being hurt or twisted while rotating relative to said base with the support. The support includes two blocks pivotally secured between two pivotal and parallel beams for supporting the foot pedals. A device may couple the the handle to the support for allowing the handle to be rotatably coupled to the support.

    Abstract: A stepping exerciser includes a post extended from a base, a pair of foot pedals pivotally secured to the post with a pivot axle and movable up and down relative to the base about the pivot axle, a shaft rotatably secured to the post and having an inner end disposed in the post and an outer end located outside the post, and a lever secured to the outer end of the shaft and having two ends disposed below and engaged with the bottom surfaces of the foot pedals. A counting device may be used for counting the rotational movement of the shaft relative to the post and the base.

    Abstract: A cleaning tool includes a hollow rod extending through a tank for receiving detergent and connected to a cleaning member at a lower open end of the rod. A detergent feeding mechanism is received in the rod and includes a valve body which has a lower open end sealed by a guide member extending therethrough. The rod has an aperture located in the tank so that the detergent flows into the rod. The guide member is connected to a head which is fixed to a movable member received in the rod. A collar is rotatably connected to the movable member so that when rotating the collar, the movable member together with the head is moved longitudinally in the rod to open the lower open end of the valve body so that detergent is supplied to the cleaning member. The collar is located close to the handle of the rod and is convenient to be accessed by the users.

    Abstract: A track device comprises a first track and a second track. An engaging member is mounted to an end of the first rack and includes at least one leg and at least one operative wall. The first track further includes an upper longitudinal lip and a lower longitudinal lip. The second track is slidably received in the first track and guided between the upper longitudinal lip and the lower longitudinal lip. A pressing block and a resilient member are mounted to the second track. The pressing block includes a pressing leg and a shoulder. The pressing leg presses against an end of the resilient member. The end of the resilient member includes a tappet plate. Another end of the resilient member includes a pressing portion. The shoulder of the pressing block abuts against the leg of the first track. When the pressing portion of the resilient member is pressed, the tappet plate of the resilient member moves the leg such that the operative wall of the engaging member disengages from the shoulder of the pressing block, thereby allowing separation of the second track from the first track.

    Abstract: Data packet routing are based on layer 2 or layer 3 address such as Ethernet address and IP address. For Ethernet layer 2 switch, an Ethernet mac address table indicates the destination MAC address goes to which physical port after learning: every packet needs to check this table to route packet. For IP routing, MPLS and other protocols are used. All layer 2 and layer 3 data routing requires data address looking and routing table searching: these is the bottle neck of the data routing. Fast routing method: using next hop sequence list to replace layer 2 content or as part of IP layer is the best way: this will not use any routing table because packet itself contains next hop in its next hop list where the next hop list works as a hash table to route the packet through all nodes in the network.
