    Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for analyzing trace elements in a gas sample. A unique feedback system is provided for accurately regulating and sensing the pressure supplied to the ion chamber of the device. The feedback system is capable of compensating for a wide range of input gas pressures. The apparatus also includes an improved closed ion source which is resistant to corrosion and aids in the reduction of noise. In addition, a method is disclosed to calibrate the detector for accurately scaling the measurements of trace elements.

    Abstract: A socket connector includes an insulating housing, at least one terminal set and a switch module. The insulating housing defines an inserting hole. The terminal set and the switch module are respectively received in the insulating housing. The switch module includes a fixed terminal, a movable terminal and an insulating guider. The insulating guider is connected to the moveable terminal and electronically insulated from the moveable terminal for preventing signal transmitted by the socket connector from influence. Because the movable terminal is molded with the insulating guider, the strength of the switch module of the audio socket connector will be improved.     Abstract: An insulating housing defines an accommodating chamber and a receiving cavity in a bottom thereof. The bottom of the insulating housing defines a plurality of first terminal passages arranged at intervals along a traverse direction thereof and extends longitudinally to penetrate therethrough. The first terminal passages communicate with the accommodating chamber. A plurality of second terminal passages are arranged at intervals along a traverse direction thereof. Each terminal has a fastening portion.     Abstract: An audio jack connector includes a dielectric housing, a signal terminal and a detection terminal. The dielectric housing defines a receiving trough at a top surface thereof. An opening is defined in the receiving trough with a notch communicated with a rear end thereof. A location slot is defined at a side of the dielectric housing to intersect the notch. The detection terminal is received in the location slot and has an inclined portion inclined towards the notch. The inclined portion has a protuberance provided on an outer surface thereof. The signal terminal is received in the receiving trough and has a concaved portion projected into the insertion hole from the opening and a cantilever arm located to the notch. A free end of the cantilever arm is inclined downward to form a pressing portion for pressing against the protuberance of the detection terminal.

    Abstract: A method for monitoring a manufacturing process features acquiring metrology data for semiconductor wafers at the conclusion of a final process step for the manufacturing process (“Step a”).
