A linear vibrator is disclosed. The linear vibrator in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention includes a base, a coil unit, which is coupled to the base, a magnet assembly, which forms a closed circuit of a magnetic force perpendicular to an electric current flowing through the coil unit and in which the magnet assembly relatively moves with respect to the coil unit, and an elastic member, which elastically supports the magnet assembly. Thus, a linear vibrator with an increased driving force can be provided by preventing the leakage of magnetic flux.

The present invention provides a horizontal linear vibrator which can increase vibration strength while at the same time guaranteeing a sufficiently long lifetime and satisfactory responsivity. The horizontal linear vibrator includes a casing, a bracket, a vibration unit and springs. The bracket and the casing form the internal space therein. A coil is provided above the bracket such that the center axis thereof is oriented in a horizontal direction. The vibration unit is disposed through the coil and comprises a magnetic field generating unit and a weight. The magnetic field generating unit includes a magnet assembly and a yoke. The magnet assembly has magnets which are provided on opposite sides of a magnetic body core such that the similar magnetic poles of the magnets face each other. The weight is mounted to the magnetic field generating unit. The springs are coupled to the casing or the bracket and elastically support the vibration unit.

A linear vibrator is disclosed. The linear vibrator includes a base, a coil unit, which is coupled to the base, a magnet, which is coupled to the coil unit such that the magnet can move relatively, and a plurality of leaf springs, which are interposed between the magnet and the base. Here, the plurality of leaf springs face one another and are coupled to one another Thus, the linear vibrator can increase the range of vibration displacement in a structure and increase the amount of vibration in the linear vibrator. Also, even though the linear vibrator becomes thinner, the range of displacement can be increased because the weight is vibrated horizontally.

A linear vibration motor according to an aspect of the invention may include: a case having a cavity to receive a mass therein; a movable part generating a magnetic field inside the case and moving in a transverse direction while being secured to the mass; a coil part generating a force, by which the mass performs a linear reciprocating motion, by interaction with the magnetic field generated from the movable part upon receiving power; and a support plate dividing the cavity in which the coil part is mounted to face the movable part.

A biaxially oriented polyester film consisting essentially of a polyester resin, polytetrafluoroethylene resin particles having an average particle diameter of 3 to 8 .mu.m in an amount ranging from 0.3 to 0.6% by weight based on the weight of the polyester resin, and a polyacrylate dispersant in the amount 0.05 to 5 wt % based on the weight of polytetrafluoroethylene particles. The film possesses excellent surface properties, e.g., abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, transparency, void resistance, surface smoothness, slurry stability, running property and dielectric strength.

A fuzzy operation apparatus which can supply various fuzzy operators by combining basic operators provided by hardware with microprograms, performs fuzzy operations in parallel by connecting a plurality of fuzzy operation portions using a network, and performs parallel defuzzification of the result of fuzzy operations stored in the fuzzy operation portions throughout the network. The present invention establishes a network between fuzzy operation portions, performs fuzzy operation in parallel at a plurality of fuzzy operation portions, and defuzzifies each element of a fuzzy set dispersed and stored in the fuzzy operation portions such that defuzzification speed is fast. Also, since there is no need for an exclusive defuzzification processor, the cost of the system is low.

A biaxially extended polyester film comprising light calcium carbonate particles, spherical silica particles and .gamma.- or .delta.-alumina particles or a mixture thereof treated with a silane coupling agent prepared by the inventive process possesses excellent surface and physical properties.
