    Abstract: A holding assembly for a seat of a bicycle has a securing base and an engaging block. The securing base has a connecting segment, an engaging segment, a securing hole and a securing bolt. The connecting segment has a connecting device connected with the seat of the bicycle. The engaging segment is formed on and protrudes from the bottom of the connecting segment and has an engaging recess having an inclined top surface. The securing bolt is slidably and rotatably mounted in the securing hole, extends into the engaging recess and has a threaded portion. The engaging block is moveably mounted in the engaging recess and has an inclined top surface abutting with the inclined top surface of the engaging recess and a threaded portion engaging the threaded portion on the securing bolt.

    Abstract: A method for performing optical proximity correction with process variations considerations is disclosed. The maximum aerial gradient direction for a control point associated with an edge is initially determined. Then, a variational edge placement error E along the maximum aerial image intensity gradient direction of the control point is calculated. A determination is made whether or not |CE·n| is equal to or greater than a manufacturing grid, where n is the direction perpendicular to a segment pointing outward, and C is a constant. If |CE·n| is equal to or greater than a manufacturing grid, the edge is moved by −CE·n.

    Abstract: A system and method for identifying a network-connected user are disclosed. The method includes connecting a user end device to a routing device and guiding the user end device to a specific routing path by the routing device according to a programmed file of the user end device, thereby overcoming the drawbacks of prior techniques in which routing devices configured by ISPs can only forward data packets based on IP addresses and a routing table, being unable to make routing orientations according to characteristics of the data packets. The present invention facilitates management of data packets of specific network users and can provide more flexible combinations of service content.

    Abstract: A generalized discriminative training framework for reconciling the training and evaluation objectives for document similarity is provided. Prior information about document relations and non-relations, are used to discriminatively train an ensemble of document similarity classification models. This result is a model set that can be used to compute similarity between seen documents in the training sets and new documents. The measure of similarity forms the basis of recommending documents to a user as well as being able to obtain metadata information such as keywords and tags for new documents not having such information.
