Abstract:
A personalized photo album preparing system edits digital photos according to the page format of a photo album and allows people to browse or print on a network after saving them. The system includes a processing unit, a displaying unit, a human-machine interface, and an outputting unit. The processing unit is built in with design software. One can manipulate the design software via the human-machine interface to selectively edit the page format and digital photos in the album. The user can further output the digital photos that are edited and saved. Therefore, the invention enables its user to create a desired page format and digital photos.
Abstract:
In a method for detecting objects by utilizing near infrared (NIR) light and far infrared (FIR) light, an NIR environment image and an FIR environment image generated by photographing a current environment with the NIR light and the FIR light respectively are received. The NIR and FIR environment images are respectively analyzed to obtain several NIR-environment-image analysis values and FIR-environment-image analysis values. A current-environment category is generated according the NIR-environment-image analysis values and the FIR-environment-image analysis values. First object detection information and second object detection information are obtained by respectively performing object-detection onto the NIR environment image and the FIR environment image. Information of at least one detected object in the current environment is obtained according to the current-environment category, the first object detection information and the second object detection information.
Abstract:
A near field communication (NFC) electronic device, a login system using the same and a method thereof are disclosed. The NFC electronic device includes a reading module, an embedded controller and a matching module. The reading module receives identification information transmitted from a readable component when the readable component approaches. The embedded controller is connected to the reading module and stores the identification information. The matching module is connected to the embedded controller and performs a matching authentication according to the identification information. If the matching authentication is successful, the matching module searches whether required account confidential information exists in a database according to the identification information. If yes, the matching module selects and transmits the required account confidential information to the embedded controller. The embedded controller outputs a hardware signal corresponding to the account confidential information to an application program of a user login screen.

Various types of ink corresponding to non-overlapping wavelength domains in absorbing lights are utilized on a pattern displaying medium for marking coordinate dots and data dots of a plurality of data blocks. While a scanning device is utilized for scanning the pattern-displaying medium, the marked coordinate dots and data dots are precisely recognized and read. While the pattern displaying medium is to be marked, the coordinate dots are marked in advance, and then the data dots are marked according to the marked coordinate dots for preventing positioning errors. Besides, at least one locality dot is used in each data block. While the scanning device is utilized for scanning the pattern displaying medium, a reading direction of each data block is indicated by the at least one locality dot so as to precisely read dots of each data block.

Disclosed are a Saussurea involucrate extract, pharmaceutical composition and use thereof for anti-fatigue and anti-aging. In the embodiments of the present invention, a low dose of ethyl acetate fraction of Saussurea involucrate (preferably 30 mg/kg) and Rutin (preferably 30 mg/kg) can inhibit MDA expression level and increase GPx activity. Additionally, both decrease the expression of COX-2, PARP and caspase-3, via downregulation of NF-kappaB, resulting in neuroprotection. Further, syringe feeding of Saussurea involucrate extract is also performed in aging mouse model. In the future, Saussurea involucrate extract of the present invention can be used in neuroprotection, particularly in treatment or prevention of cerebral diseases, nerve diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, chronic neurodegenerative diseases, aging, and fatigue, caused by oxidative injury.

An image capturing device, a dust removal system and a vibrating dust removal method thereof. The image capturing device comprises an image sensor, a vibrating dust removal unit, an optical component adapter, a detector, a touch screen and a controller. The image sensor receives an optical signal and converts the optical signal into an image signal. The vibrating dust removal unit produces a vibration to remove dust from the image sensor. The detector detects whether a detachable optical component is connected to the optical component adapter and generates a detecting signal. The touch screen displays the image signal and allows a user to designate a dust-removal position. The controller receives the detecting signal to enter into a dust-removal mode or controls the frequency or amplitude of the vibration produced by the vibrating dust removal unit according to the dust-removal position.

A projection lens, in order along an optical axis from an image formation side to an image source side, includes a first lens, an aperture, a second lens, a third lens, and a fourth lens. The first lens is a meniscus lens with positive refractive power and a convex surface thereof facing the image formation side, and has at least an aspheric surface. The second lens is a biconcave lens with negative refractive power, and has at least an aspheric surface. The third lens is a biconvex lens with positive refractive power, and the fourth lens is a biconvex lens with positive refractive power, and has at least an aspheric surface. Therefore, the projection lens has a small size and high zoom ratio.

A heat dissipation module, comprising: a fan; and a heat dissipating fin; a heat conducting element, made of a conductive material, and composed of a first conductive component and two second conductive components in a manner that the first conductive component is disposed engaging with a heating element while allowing the two second conductive components to engage with the heat dissipating fin; and a wall element; wherein, the heat from the heating element is conducted to the first conductive component where it is further being dividedly conducted to the two second conductive components; and the air flow blowing from the fan is guided to the heating element and then it is blocked by the wall element for diverting the air flow toward the heat dissipating fin from an air intake side to an air outlet side, and then to be discharged out of the heat dissipating module through an outlet.
