A moisturizing atomizer based on smart home platform includes a base (10), and a supporting sleeve (15) is fixedly connected to the base (10), and a torsion sleeve (16) is slidably connected to the supporting sleeve (15), the torsion sleeve (16) can slide up and down within a certain distance, and a rotating shaft (11) is rotationally connected to the base (10), the rotating shaft (11) is fixedly connected with a compression device (12). The moisture atomizer is easy to turn over and leak water, and the dirt in the water reservoir is difficult to remove after long-term accumulation. The general moisture atomizer is one-way spray. The invention can adjust the amount of water mist, further prevent the water flow from flowing out through the jet hole, and realize a certain degree of automatic cleaning.

A data transfer system and method are described for providing transfer of data over a network between a sender and a plurality of receivers. Data is sent over a network to the plurality of receivers by the sender at a specified rate regardless of data loss. A receiver that identifies a lost block of data transmits a retransmission request to the sender. The sender responds to one or more retransmission requests by transmitting a repair packet to all receivers that contains blocks of data for which retransmission requests have been received.

An online direct marketing and advertising system is presented in which advertisers have an opportunity to send targeted promotions, coupons and offers that are placed in a user's web-based email account without the drawbacks of sending conventional email. The promotions do not take up disk quota space and, at the same time, the system does not need to divulge private user information to the advertiser. This system provides a means to free web-based email providers from the need to obtain opt-in permission to send offers to their users as providers are frequently prohibited from sharing the user's email address and personal information with merchants.

Disclosed is a substituted cyanoaniline compound or a salt thereof, wherein the compound has a structure represented by General Formula I. The compound of General Formula I has broad-spectrum fungicidal activity in the field of agriculture and effectively prevents against a variety of pathogens such as cucumber downy mildew, wheat powdery mildew, maize rust disease, rice blast and cucumber gray mold. In particular, even at a low dose, the compound effectively prevents and treats rice blast, cucumber gray mold, maize rust disease and cucumber downy mildew. Moreover, the raw materials for preparing the compounds are widely available and the synthesis method therefor is simple and convenient.

Described is an I/O driven, feedback based rate control mechanism that allows a transfer session to self-adjust its transfer rate in response to the speed of the storage device at the destination. The described system may operate at the application layer, which makes cross-platform deployment an easier task.

A method and apparatus for encoding based on a linear block code, and a method and apparatus for generating a linear block code are provided. The method for encoding based on a linear block code includes: generating a linear block code; and encoding an information sequence with an encoding matrix of the linear block code to obtain a bit stream sequence. The linear block codes have a good minimum distance characteristic, so that the error correction performance is improved.

A method to utilize a chemical genus of chromen-4-one derivatives as non-toxic, environment friendly antifouling agent, a coating material for objects submerged under the water and subject to biofouling based on the chromen-4-one compounds, as well as a method of obtaining one of such chromen-4-one antifouling compounds, 4′,5,7-trihydroxy-isoflavone, from a natural source. Particularly exemplary of such substituted chromen-4-one antifouling compounds are provided and they are 4′,5,7 -trihydroxy-isoflavone, 4′,5-dihydroxy-3,6,7,8 tetramethoxy-flavone, 3′,5-dihydroxy-3,4′,6,8 tetramethoxy-flavone, 4′,5-dihydroxy-3,6,7-trimethoxy-flavone, 4′,5,7-trihydroxy-flavone, 3′,4′,6,7-tetrahydroxy-flavone, and 5-monohydroxy-flavone.
