Abstract:
A method for producing a sulfide solid electrolyte material includes a step of adding an ether compound to a coarse-grained material of a sulfide solid electrolyte material and microparticulating the coarse-grained material by a pulverization treatment.
Abstract:
This invention provides a therapeutic agent for hepatitis C comprising, as an active ingredient, a compound having anti-HCV activity useful in treatment of hepatitis C. The therapeutic agent for hepatitis C comprises, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
Abstract:
An error correcting apparatus includes a storing means for storing product code with n2 rows and n1 columns, an error correcting unit 5 that performs error correction for four code sequences simultaneously in parallel, and a bus control unit 2 for reading codes on four rows from the buffer memory 1 and transferring the codes to the error correcting unit 5. The bus control unit 2 reads and transfers four consecutive codes on each of four rows in order before shifting the reading position by four codes in the row direction.
Abstract:
Compounds expressed by the following formula (1) or pharmaceutically permissible solvate thereof which is effective for treating Paget's disease of bone, hypercalcemia or osteoporosis. In the formula, R1 is a C2-C10 alkyl group, or a C7-C15 aralkyl group whose aromatic ring is optionally substituted with a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group; and R2 is a C1-C10 alkyl group, or a C7-C15 aralkyl group whose aromatic ring is optionally substituted with a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group.
Abstract:
A method of transferring data through a bus includes the steps of: occupying the bus by a first device serving as a bus master; transferring a first predetermined number of data items of all data items to be transferred while the first device is occupying the bus; determining if the first predetermined number of data items have been transferred; determining if the first device should release the bus based on whether or not there is a request from a second device after it is determined that the first predetermined number of data items have been transferred; and releasing the bus by the first deice when it is determined that the first device should release the bus.

In the formula, R1 is a C2-C10 alkyl group, or a C7-Cl5 aralkyl group whose aromatic ring is optionally substituted with a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group; and R2 is a C1-C10 alkyl group, or a C7-C15 aralkyl group whose aromatic ring is optionally substituted with a C1-C6 alkyl group, a C1-C6 alkoxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group.
Abstract:
It is to provide a cyclic imide derivative which is useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition. A pharmaceutical composition which comprises, a cyclic imide derivative represented by the general formula (I): wherein Q1 is a single bond, —CH2—, —O—, —S— or —NH—, each of Q2 and Q3 is —C(O)—, —C(S)— or —CH2—, provided that at least one of Q2 and Q3 is —C(O)— or —C(S)—, Z is a single bond or a lower alkanediyl group, R is an aryl group which may be substituted or a cycloalkyl group which may be substituted, X is a nitro group, an amino group which may be acylated, a cyano group, a trifluoromethyl group, a hydroxyl group, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group or an alkylthio group, m is an integer of from 0 to 4, and when m is 2 or above, X may be the same or different, or its salt.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal device includes a pair of transparent substrates disposed with a prescribed gap therebetween and each having a transparent electrode thereon, a photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer not subjected to rubbing formed on one of the pair of transparent substrates, and alignment film subjected to rubbing formed on the other of the pair of transparent substrates, an a liquid crystal disposed between the photoelectric conversion semiconductor layer and the alignment film. As the photoelectric conversion semiconductor is freed from an aligning performance, the material thereof is freed from the constraint and can be selected so as to optimize the photoelectric conversion performance.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for producing an electroluminescence device, which comprises steps of making a surface of a crystal silicon substrate porous to form a porous silicon film, forming a first electroconductive film on the porous silicon film, forming an electroluminescence film on the first electroconductive film, forming a second electroconductive film on the electroluminescence film, peeling a laminate of the first electroconductive film, electroluminescence film, and second electroconductive film from the crystal silicon substrate, and mounting the laminate on a first base material.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an electrophotographic photosensitive member having a substrate and a photosensitive layer thereupon, wherein a surface protecting layer of the photosensitive member contains a resin which is obtained by curing a curable organosilicon polymer and an organosilicon-modified positive hole transporting compound; a process-cartridge which has, in addition to the electrophotographic photosensitive member, at least one from among a primary charging means, a developing means, and a cleaning means placed into a housing, and which can be reversibly mounted to an image forming apparatus; and the image forming apparatus using the electrophotographic photosensitive member.
