    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for multiplexing of PUCCH for beam failure recovery and other signals. A UE may determine a transmission dropping rule and a transmission power scaling rule for a PUCCH which is dedicatedly configured for secondary BFR transmission, such as a PUCCH-BFR, when it is multiplexed with BFR multiplexed with at least one other signal. The PUCCH-BFR and the at least one other signal may be multiplexed in a CC or in multiple CCs. The UE may determine a transmission dropping rule, e.g., so that UE can transmit an uplink signals with higher priority and drop the other uplink signal with lower priority to avoid beam collisions. The UE may determine a transmission power scaling rule, e.g., so the UE may scale transmission power within a CC and/or across CCs. The UE may multiplex the PUCCH-BFR with the at least one other signal according to the rules.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) can include processing circuitry configured to decode control information of a physical down-in link control channel (PDCCH) received via a resource within a control resource set (CORESET) occupying a subset of a plurality of e OFDM symbols within a slot. At least one of the symbols in the subset coincides with a pre-defined symbol location associated with a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) of a PDSCH. The DM-RS can be detected within the slot, the DM-RS starting at a symbol 01 location that is shifted from the pre-defined symbol location and following the subset of symbols. Downlink data scheduled by the
    PDCCH and received via the PDSCH can be decoded, where the decoding is based on the detected DM-RS.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for mapping transmission configuration indication (TCI) states to demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports groups in a wireless network. For instance, a TCI state to DMRS ports group mapping of a user equipment (UE) can be determined. Each DMRS port in a DMRS ports group shares a quasi-co-location (QCL) assumption. The TCI state to DMRS ports group mapping comprises multiple TCI state groups. The TCI state to DMRS ports group mapping corresponds each TCI state group to one or more DMRS ports groups. A TCI state group from the DMRS ports group mapping can be selected for the UE. Data indicative of the selected TCI state group and the corresponding one or more DMRS ports groups can be provided to the UE based at least in part on the TCI state group from the DMRS ports group mapping.

    Abstract: Systems and methods of beam reporting for multiple DL processes are described. A UE receives a beam management processes configuration that provides information about beam management reference signals for beam management procedures. The UE transmits a UE capability report that indicates beam management capabilities of the UE and, later, an indication of whether the UE intends to engage in beam refinement. The UE measures the beam management reference signals and receives a beam reporting message that indicates at least one of the beam management procedures to report. In response, the UE transmits the beam report. The beam report contains beam management reference signal measurements of the beam management procedures indicated by the beam reporting message.
