    摘要: A powdered material spraying device comprising a quantitative spraying device provided for a material discharge port of the powdered material storage hopper via a material feed valve, a cover being provided for the material feed port of the powdered material storage hopper. The spraying device includes a cylindrical body connected with the material discharge port of the powdered material storage hopper, an elastic membrane with a penetrating aperture provided so as to form a bottom of the cylindrical body at its lower opening end, and a dispersion chamber connected under the lower opening end of the cylindrical body via the elastic membrane. The dispersion chamber has a pulsating vibration air supply port for supplying a positive pulsating vibration air to the dispersion chamber and a discharge port. A bypass pipe is connected between the cylindrical body and the dispersion chamber and the powdered material is sprayed from a tip end of a conduit connected with the discharge port of the dispersion chamber.

    摘要: The pressure leakage from the back pressure chamber installed at the back side of the movable scroll to the low pressure area can be prevented. An eccentric shaft (17) formed integrally to a drive shaft (14) is inserted into a bushing (19). A balance weight (18) is fixed to the bushing (19). A cylindrical portion (34) is provided so as to protrude at the back side of the movable scroll base (22), and the bushing (19) supports the cylindrical portion (34) via a needle bearing (21). A seal member (35) is interposed between the end surface of the cylindrical portion (34) and the balance weight (18). The inside of a cylinder of the cylindrical portion (34) is made to be a back pressure chamber (36).

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a hollow rack shaft, an approximately rectangular plate having a wide rack tooth portion, is bent lengthwise into a gutter-like cross section to provide: at the central portion, a flat bottom portion on which rack teeth are formed later and a pair of mutually facing leg portions, and, in the vicinity of both ends, a semicircular bottom portion and a pair of mutually facing leg portions. The mutually facing leg portions at the central portion have a larger clearance than the clearance of the mutually facing leg portions in the vicinity of both ends. The rack teeth are then formed on the flat bottom portion through the plastic flow of the flat bottom portion and a part of material of the pair of leg portions of this flat bottom portion. The gutter-shaped plate, on which the rack teeth have been formed, is then formed into a tube having a hollow inner surface, by bending the plate and butt joining the edge portions.

    摘要: A mixing and blending method for powdered or granular material includes supplying pulsating vibration air into an airtight tank from a bottom thereof. An airtight tank having a porous bottom plate on which the material is stored is provided for the mixing and blending method. In the system pulsating vibration air is generated by periodically increasing and decreasing the amount of blowing air at a low frequency. Pulsating vibration air is introduced into the airtight tank from the bottom of the airtight tank so as to generate air flow going upward through the porous bottom of the airtight tank. As a result, powdered or granular material stored on the porous bottom plate in the airtight tank is uniformly mixed and blended in the airtight tank while continuously moving up and down as in a convectional manner.

    摘要: A lobed rotor-type pump has a drive shaft, a pump housing, an eccentric rotor journal, a rotor, three working-fluid chambers, intake and discharge ports, and a communication passage. The pump housing has a circumferentially-extending peri-trochoidal curved surface in its inner periphery. The eccentric rotor journal is fixedly connected to the drive shaft. The rotor is slideably fitted to the eccentric rotor journal. The rotor has three lobes equi-distantly spaced circumferentially around its outer periphery so that the rotor rotates eccentrically while keeping the lobes in sliding contact with the peri-trochoidal curved surface. The three working-fluid chambers, which are defined between respective three lobes and the peri-trochoidal curved surface, rotate in synchronism with the rotor. The intake and discharge ports are provided in the housing to input low-pressure incompressible fluid and to output high-pressure fluid. The communication passage is formed in the housing for communicating a first working-fluid chamber, decreasing in volume during the compression stage, and a second working-fluid chamber, increasing in volume during the expansion stage, to permit flow of incompressible fluid from the first chamber to the second chamber.

A circumferentially inner part of the scroll portion includes a flat end surface only which has a groove to receive a tip seal, the tip seal having a height greater than a depth of the groove.     摘要: A movable scroll element for a scroll type compressor is produced by a combination of a mold casting process and a machining process. The mold casting process produces a cast product having an end-plate forming portion, a spiral-member-forming portion and a projecting portion for forming a drive power receiving portion. The cast product has an entire outer faces covered with black scale, and the machining process machines the end-plate-forming portion, a spiral member forming portion, the projecting portion by cutting. Nevertheless, at least an outer circumference of the drive power receiving portion, i.e., a boss portion of the movable scroll element is covered with an outermost layer consisting of black scale. Thus, a sufficient mechanical strength of the movable scroll element is obtained even if the wall thickness of the drive power receiving portion, i.e., the boss portion of the movable scroll element, is reduced.
