    摘要: The present disclosure provides a touch display circuit, a driving method thereof, a touch display panel and a display device. During a touching stage, the touch triggering module is configured to supply a signal of the trigger signal terminal to the pulling-up node, the first outputting module is configured to supply a signal of the first clock signal terminal to the touch signal outputting terminal, the resetting module is configured to supply a signal of the first reference signal terminal to the pulling-up node and the second outputting module is configured to supply a signal of the second reference signal terminal to the touch signal outputting terminal, so as to implement a touching function. During a displaying stage, the display switching module is configured to supply a signal of the common electrode signal terminal to the touch signal outputting terminal so as to implement a displaying function. The touch display circuit implements a time division output of the touch signal and the common electrode signal at the touch signal outputting terminal by cooperation of the respective module and implements a touch display circuit with a simple configuration so as to facilitate a design of the touch display panel with a narrow frame.

    摘要: A shift register and a driving method therefor, a gate driving circuit and a display apparatus. The shift register comprises a trigger reset module, a pull-up module, a first capacitor and a pull-down module, and further comprises a denoising module. The pull-up module is used for pulling up a signal output from an output terminal of the shift register and a signal output from a transmission signal output terminal. The pull-down module is used for pulling down a signal output from the output terminal of the shift register and the signal output from the transmission signal output terminal. The denoising module is used for cutting off the connection path between the transmission signal output terminal and a second terminal of the first capacitor in a pull-down phase. The shift register, by providing the denoising module, makes it possible to prevent a coupling effect of the capacitor from making a transmission signal output from the transmission signal output terminal generate a sparkle noise or the like, when a voltage jump occurs at a pull-up node thereof, so that a shift transmission signal of the shift register is more stable, thereby making the signal output from the shift register more stable.

    摘要: A gate driving circuit and a driving method thereof, and a display device are provided. The gate driving circuit comprises at least two stages of shift register units, and further comprises at least one compensation unit arranged between two adjacent shift register units; a scanning signal output terminal of a first shift register unit is connected to a first signal input terminal of the compensation unit; a first signal output terminal of the compensation unit is connected to a reset signal terminal of the first shift register unit; a scanning signal output terminal of a second shift register unit is connected to a second signal input terminal of the compensation unit; a second signal output terminal of the compensation unit is connected to a control signal input terminal of the second shift register unit; and the compensation unit is further connected to at least one compensation voltage terminal, a first voltage terminal and a second voltage terminal, and is configured to compensate for a gate scanning signal in blanking time. The phenomena of insufficient charging of the pixels caused by increase of the blanking time of the clock signal can be avoided.

    摘要: A touch display panel and a display device are disclosed which achieve touch function and narrow bezel function while the required number of the vertical wiring is reduced and the aperture ratio of the touch display panel is increased. The touch display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of gate lines arranged laterally and a plurality of touch electrodes arranged in an array on the substrate, wherein, it further includes a plurality of signal leads which are arranged longitudinally and arranged to cross the gate lines and be insulated therefrom, each of the signal leads having a first and a second sub-signal leads; each of the first sub-signal leads is electrically connected to a gate line at an intersection to connect the gate line longitudinally to a gate driving circuit for controlling the operation of the touch display panel; each of the second sub-signal leads is electrically connected to a touch electrode to be used as a touch lead for the touch electrode; the first and second sub-signal leads are arranged to be disconnected from each other.

    摘要: An in-cell touch screen and a display device are provided. In the in-cell touch screens, an insulation layer, in an area that each self-capacitance electrode overlap a wire, is provided with at least a first hole that runs through the insulation layer and each self-capacitance electrode is electrically connected with a corresponding wire via a corresponding first via hole; each self-capacitance electrode, within an area overlapping other wire than the corresponding wire and at a position corresponding to the first via hole, is disposed with a second via hole that runs through the self-capacitance electrode. An orthogonal projection of a second via hole on a lower substrate covers an orthogonal projection of a first via hole on the lower substrate. The in-cell touch screen can solve a problem of uneven image display due to nonuniform distribution of via holes in an insulation layer.
