摘要: An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a common electrode layer and a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array disposed on the base substrate. Each of the pixel units includes a plurality of sub-pixel units defined by gate lines and data lines disposed to intersect each other laterally and vertically. The common electrode layer includes a plurality of common electrode blocks that double as self-capacitance electrodes, each of the common electrode blocks is connected with at least one wire, and the wires are in the middle of sub-pixel units of a same column.

The light-modulating element includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite to each other, and a polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate. The light-modulating element is divided into a plurality of light-modulating zones, and the light-modulating element further includes a first electrode and a second electrode located in each of the plurality of light-modulating zone. A plurality of first electrodes located in different light-modulating zones are independently arranged, and the first electrode and the second electrode are configured to drive a deflection of polymer dispersed liquid crystal molecules in polymer dispersed liquid crystal layer.

摘要: The present application provides an in-cell touch display panel, a driving method thereof, and a display device. At least two sub-pixels are a sub-pixel group, cathode layers of different sub-pixel groups are independent of each other, which is equivalent to that the cathode layer set as a whole surface in the prior art is segmented, one sub-pixel group corresponds to one segmented cathode layer, cathode layers of respective sub-pixel groups are connected through conductive lines to the driver chip, so that the cathode layer is reused as a self-capacitive touch control electrode, the driver chip detects a capacitance variation of the cathode layer through the conductive line corresponding thereto to determine a touch location, thus achieving the touch control function. In the in-cell touch display panel, signals outputted by the driver chip to respective signal terminals of a sub-pixel circuit and the cathode layer in a fourth stage are obtained by superimposing the same touch scanning signal on basis of signals outputted to the respective signal terminals and the cathode layer in a third stage, so that the operating state of each module in the sub-pixel circuit is the same as that in the third stage, which ensures normal display, therefore an in-cell touch display panel based on OLED panel is achieved.

The control module is coupled to the strip electrodes and is configured to output a voltage to the strip electrodes to change the transmittances of the strip electrodes such that the control electrode layer becomes a grating or is totally transparent.

摘要: Provided are a driving circuit and a driving method thereof, a touch display panel, and a touch display device. The first input terminal of the delay unit is connected to corresponding previous gate driver, the first output terminal of the delay unit is connected to corresponding subsequent gate driver. The delay unit outputs a starting signal to the subsequent gate driver for enabling it after a predetermined time elapses since the previous gate driver outputs a driving signal. The delay unit achieves shift registering between the previous gate driver and the subsequent gate driver, to form a touch-control time period after the previous gate driver outputs a driving signal and before the subsequent gate driver is enabled, so as to ensure that the touch display panel can also achieve a touch-control function with high precision on the premise of achieving a display function of high resolution.

摘要: The present invention discloses a touch display panel, a detecting method thereof, and a display device. The common electrode layer is divided into a plurality of independent self capacitance electrodes, and the common electrode is multiplexed as self capacitance electrodes. There is no need to provide an additional film, and it is only required to modify the pattern of the common electrode layer in the current LCD panel. Thus, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. Since the self capacitance electrodes are formed by dividing the common electrode layer in the above-mentioned touch display panel, a compensating electrode is further provided which is arranged in a layer different from that of the self capacitance electrodes, is insulated from the self capacitance electrodes, and at least covers a portion of a partition gap between neighboring self capacitance electrodes. A common electrode signal is applied to the compensating electrode during a display period. In this way, the common electrode signal which is applied to the compensating electrode during display can compensate the common electrode signal at partition gaps of the self capacitance, thus ensuring that liquid crystal molecules at partition gaps normally invert and that the overall display panel displays normally.

摘要: There is provided a gate drive circuit, a display panel and a touch display apparatus. The gate drive circuit includes gate drive sub-circuits (1) of at least two stages, the gate drive sub-circuit of each stage including a plurality of shift registers (SR(1), SR(2), . . . , SR(N)) connected in cascade. In gate drive sub-circuit of each stage except the last stage, a signal output terminal of a shift register (SR(N)) of a last stage is connected with an input signal control terminal of a shift register (SR(1)) of a first stage in a gate drive sub-circuit of a next stage adjacent thereto via a voltage maintaining unit (2). The voltage maintaining unit (2) is configured to maintain, after a shift register of a last stage (SR(N)) in the gate drive sub-circuit of the previous stage connected thereto outputs the gate drive signal and before a shift register of a first stage(SR(1)) in the gate drive sub-circuit of the next stage connected thereto outputs the gate drive signal, the potential of an input signal control terminal of the shift register of the first stage in the gate drive sub-circuit of the next stage to be equal to the potential of the gate drive signal, so that the potential of the input signal control terminal does not attenuate with time, assuring that respective gate drive sub-circuits can output the signals normally.
