The electrowetting display panel includes a first substrate, including a first insulating layer, a first electrode layer on the first insulating layer, and a first lyophobic layer on a side of the first electrode layer away from the first insulating layer; a second substrate facing the first substrate, including a second electrode layer, and a second lyophobic layer on the second electrode layer; and a plurality of sealing elements between the first substrate and the second substrate to define a plurality of fluid channels, each of the plurality of sealing elements being in the inter-subpixel area. The electrowetting display panel includes a first fluid reservoir and a respective one of the plurality of fluid channels between the first lyophobic layer and the second lyophobic layer.

摘要: A shift register and a driving method therefor, a gate driving circuit and a display apparatus. The shift register comprises a trigger reset module, a pull-up module, a first capacitor and a pull-down module, and further comprises a denoising module. The pull-up module is used for pulling up a signal output from an output terminal of the shift register and a signal output from a transmission signal output terminal. The pull-down module is used for pulling down a signal output from the output terminal of the shift register and the signal output from the transmission signal output terminal. The denoising module is used for cutting off the connection path between the transmission signal output terminal and a second terminal of the first capacitor in a pull-down phase. The shift register, by providing the denoising module, makes it possible to prevent a coupling effect of the capacitor from making a transmission signal output from the transmission signal output terminal generate a sparkle noise or the like, when a voltage jump occurs at a pull-up node thereof, so that a shift transmission signal of the shift register is more stable, thereby making the signal output from the shift register more stable.

摘要: A touch display panel and a display device are disclosed which achieve touch function and narrow bezel function while the required number of the vertical wiring is reduced and the aperture ratio of the touch display panel is increased. The touch display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of gate lines arranged laterally and a plurality of touch electrodes arranged in an array on the substrate, wherein, it further includes a plurality of signal leads which are arranged longitudinally and arranged to cross the gate lines and be insulated therefrom, each of the signal leads having a first and a second sub-signal leads; each of the first sub-signal leads is electrically connected to a gate line at an intersection to connect the gate line longitudinally to a gate driving circuit for controlling the operation of the touch display panel; each of the second sub-signal leads is electrically connected to a touch electrode to be used as a touch lead for the touch electrode; the first and second sub-signal leads are arranged to be disconnected from each other.

摘要: A digital microfluidic chip and a digital microfluidic system. The digital microfluidic chip comprises: an upper substrate and a lower substrate arranged opposite to each other; multiple driving circuits and multiple addressing circuits disposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate; and a control circuit, electrically connected to the driving circuits and the addressing circuits. The control circuit is configured to apply, in a driving stage, a driving voltage to each driving circuit, such that a droplet is controlled to move inside a droplet accommodation space according to a set path, measure, in a detection stage, after a bias voltage is applied to each addressing circuit, a charge loss amount of each addressing circuit, and to determine the position of the droplet according to the charge loss amount. The charge loss amount of each addressing circuit is related to the intensity of received external light.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The array substrate includes a plurality of pixel structures. The pixel structure includes a gate electrode, a gate electrode insulating layer, an active layer, source and drain electrodes, and a passivation layer which are sequentially stacked. The pixel structure further includes a first electrode and a second electrode. The first electrode is located between the gate electrode insulating layer and the passivation layer, and electrically connected to one of the source electrode and the drain electrode. The second electrode is located above the passivation layer. A first via passing through the passivation layer is provided, and the second electrode is electrically connected to one of the source electrode and the drain electrode through the first via.

The shift register unit may comprise a touch-controlled circuit comprising a touch-controlled turning-on module and a touch-controlled turning-off module, wherein a control of the touch-controlled turning-on module is connected to a touch-controlled turning-on signal, an input is connected to a negative power supply signal, and an output is connected to an output terminal, and the touch-controlled turning-on signal is a pulse signal at a start of a touch controlling period; and a control of the touch-controlled turning-off module is connected to a touch-controlled turning-off signal, an input of the touch-controlled turning-off module is connected to a positive power supply signal, and an output of the touch-controlled turning-off module is connected to the output terminal, wherein the touch-controlled turning-off signal is a pulse signal at an end of the touch controlling period.
