Abstract: The disclosure relates to communication of data in a wireless communication system that enables relaying of data between an originating node (3) and a destined node (1). In the arrangement information of a radio resource allocated to the destined node is provided where after communications on the allocated resource are monitored. Relaying of data between the originating node (3) and the destined node (1) is controlled based on the monitoring.

Abstract: A method for XML based object-relationship mapping for different object types in a computer system is provided. The method includes creating a database schema in a database layer including a single table with specific database columns for storing known properties as well as customizable database columns for storing extended properties. The method also includes creating an object in an object layer that has specific methods for known properties and dynamic methods for extended properties, where the object types are variations of the object, the object includes fields for the properties, and the object supports reading and writing the properties to corresponding database columns in the table. The method further includes creating an XML file containing definitions for new object types and new properties, where the property definitions include database column names, and the XML file contains display information for GUI management. The method additionally includes outputting display information a GUI.

Abstract: A care plan management system (10) includes a server (12) including a content database (14) containing care management-related content including multiple revisions of at least some said content. Each content revision is tagged with temporal content revision information. A care plans storage (18) stores a plurality of patient care plans (21, 22, 23) associated with corresponding patients. Each patient care plan includes a selection of care management-related content to be presented to the patient, and a revision policy indicating which temporal revision of said content should be presented. User interfaces (31, 32, 33) are operatively connected with a communication interface (28) of the server (12) to receive and present the selected care management-related content.

Abstract: In one exemplary embodiment a network node (such as a base station BS) determines that a plurality of user equipments UEs are available for use as mobile relays MRs, and selects a subset of the plurality of UEs and configures the subset of the plurality of UEs as MRs. In another exemplary embodiment, an indication is sent (for example from a UE) that a UE is willing to operate as a MR, a response is received that the UE is selected to be a MR1 and then periodically there is sent a beacon advertising that the UE is a MR. In this manner UEs are pre-configured in a cell as MRs, regardless of any specific UE need for relay services. Any UE later needing relay service listens for the beacon. The BS can limit which UEs it pre-configures as MRs to avoid closely spaced UEs being both active MRs. Locations need not be signaled.

Abstract: A method for intra-cluster D2D retransmission comprises: calculating parameters of a first and a second retransmission modes for an acknowledgement device in a cluster at which data from a network node is decoded correctly; reporting the parameters to the network node; and determining whether or not to retransmit the data to at least one non-acknowledgement device in the cluster at which the data from the network node is decoded incorrectly, in response to a selection between the first and the second retransmission modes from the network node based at least in part on the parameters according to a pre-determined criterion.
