    摘要: A straw set with a ventilating structure includes a nipple connected to a circular base with a circular air guiding trench, an air hole that passes through, and a chamber with two axles attached underneath. Underneath, a straw base consists of an inner circular wall fixed to the nipple, an outer circular wall fixed to the bottom of the circular base, another circular air guiding trench concaved between the inner and the outer circular walls, and a hollow pipe protruding downwards. The straw base is supported by a soft plastic circular base with a hole at the center, a second outer circular wall expanded upward to fix upon the first outer circular wall, a air guiding trench expanded downward from the edge of the second outer circular wall, and another air hole that passes through the soft plastic circular base.

    摘要: A method and system for verifying the integrity of normal sinus rhythm (NSR) templates and updating the NSR template after selected time intervals. At selected time intervals after establishing a NSR template, cardiac complexes are sensed and values for one or more cardiac parameters are measured. The values of the cardiac parameters are compared to predetermined value ranges for NSR cardiac complexes. When the values of the cardiac parameters fall within the predetermined value ranges, values for the differences between the values of the cardiac parameters for the cardiac complexes and the values for the cardiac parameters of the NSR cardiac complexes are calculated. When the values of the differences are greater than one or more threshold values, the NSR template is updated as a function of the sensed cardiac complexes.

Air rushing into the bottle at the instant of releasing of the sucked nipple is guided into the air bubble collector via the fluid guide to gather up at a bottom of the nursing bottle without mixing with the fluid in the bottle and being sucked into a baby's stomach to cause undesirable flatulency.

Cardiac signals are sensed from a patient's heart and analyzed for the occurrence of a tachycardia event. When a tachycardia event is detected, the method and system analyzes a plurality of features of the sensed cardiac signals in two or more discrimination stages. Each of the two or more discrimination stages classify the tachycardia event as either a ventricular tachycardia or a candidate supraventricular tachycardia event. When a discrimination stage detects the occurrence of a ventricular tachycardia, therapy is delivered to the heart to treat the ventricular tachycardia.
