    摘要: Controlling a resonant switching system, which includes a first switch and a second switch in a half-bridge configuration for driving a resonant load. A corresponding control system includes command means for switching on and switching off the switches alternatively according to a working frequency of the switching system. The control system includes detection means for detecting a zeroing of a working current being supplied by the switching system to the resonant load in a temporal observation window; the observation window follows each switching off of at least one of the switches, and has a length equal to a fraction of a to working period of the switching system. Correction means are then provided for modifying the working frequency in response to each detection of the zeroing in the observation window.

    摘要: A control device controls a switching converter having an input alternating supply voltage and a regulated direct voltage at the output terminal. The converter comprises a switch and the control device is adapted to control the on time period and the off time period of said switch for each cycle. The control device has a first input signal representative of the current flowing through at least one element of the converter and comprises a zero crossing detector adapted to detect at least one pair of first and second zero crossings of said first signal for each switching cycle, said second zero crossing immediately following the first zero crossing and occurring in opposite direction with respect to the first zero crossing. The control device comprises a synchronizer adapted to synchronize the start of the on period with each second zero crossing of said first signal.

    摘要: An embodiment of a voltage converter, designed to convert an input voltage into a regulated output voltage, having: a voltage transformer having a primary winding receiving the input voltage, a secondary winding supplying the output voltage (Vout), and an auxiliary winding supplying a feedback signal correlated to the output voltage; a control switch, connected to the primary winding; and a control circuit, connected to a control terminal of the control switch for controlling switching thereof as a function of the feedback signal. The control circuit is provided with a sampling stage that samples the feedback signal and supplies a sampled signal. An averager stage is connected to the output of the sampling stage and implements a low-pass filtering of the sampled signal so as to reduce undesirable oscillations due to sampling.

    摘要: A device corrects the power factor in forced switching power supplies and includes a converter and a control device to obtain a regulated voltage on an output terminal. The control device comprises an error amplifier having an inverting terminal (Vout) and a non-inverting terminal receiving a reference voltage. The device includes first and second resistances coupled in series with a conduction element positioned between the first resistance and the inverting terminal of the error amplifier and a fault detector suitable for detecting the electrical connection of the conduction element with the output terminal and suitable for detecting an output signal of the second resistance. The fault detector is suitable for supplying a malfunction signal upon detecting an electric disconnection of the conduction element from the output terminal or when the output signal of the second resistance tends to zero.

The circuit includes at least one switch for switching the minimum operating voltage from a first voltage value to a second voltage value under conditions of low or null load of the switching power supply, and for switching the minimum operating voltage from the second voltage value to the first voltage value if the load of the switching power supply is greater than a predetermined load and the supply voltage is greater than the first voltage value. The minimum operating voltage can assume at least the first voltage value and the second voltage value, and the first voltage value is greater than the second voltage value. Also provided is a method for controlling a minimum operating voltage of an integrated control circuit of a switching power supply.
