    摘要: A pumpless, fanless electrolyte-circulation system comprises an electrolyzer core that generates hydrogen and oxygen gases and includes a water electrolyzer having a plurality of electrolytic serial clusters connected substantially in parallel with each other and assembled into respective sealed reaction cells. Each of the electrolytic serial clusters includes a plurality of electrolytic cells. An electrolyte container includes a plurality of electrolytes in form of a concentration and is substantially separated from and connected to the electrolyzer core with a supply tube and return tube. A frame is substantially resistant to the concentration and separates a plurality of electrodes. Releasing of the gases brings the electrolytes in the electrolyzer core out of the electrolyzer core through the supply tube into the electrolyte container. The return tube allows each of the electrolytes to enter the electrolyzer core such that the electrolyte is forced to circulate by a releasing force of the gases.

    摘要: A permanent magnet motor has a rotor and a stator. The rotor has a shaft, a rotor core fixed to the shaft, a commutator fixed to the shaft adjacent to the rotor core, and rotor windings wound about poles of the rotor core and electrically connected to the commutator. The stator includes a magnetically conductive round housing, permanent magnets fixed to an inner surface of the housing, and brushes for making sliding contact with the commutator. The ratio of an outer diameter of the rotor core to an outer diameter of the housing is between 66% to 84%.

    摘要: A method for altering transcription in a cell comprising an amount of active CDK9/cyclin, comprises the steps of: (a) introducing in the cell an agent which modulates the amount of active CDK9/cyclin in the cell, and thereby alters transcription in the cell, wherein the agent comprises an RNA selected from the group consisting of an RNA aptamer that specifically binds CDK9/cyclin, a CDK9/cyclin-binding domain of 7SK RNA, a 7SK RNA-binding antisense 7SK RNA domain, and a 7SK RNA-specific RNAi, and (b) detecting a resultant altering of transcription in the cell.Methods for screening for an agent which modulates 7SK RNA-CDK9/cyclin binding generally comprise the steps of (a) incubating a mixture of 7SK RNA, CDK9/cyclin and a candidate agent under conditions wherein but for the presence of the agent, the 7SK RNA and CDK9/cyclin engage in a reference binding; and (b) detecting an agent-biased binding of the 7SK RNA to the CDK9/cyclin.
