摘要: A thermoplastic elastomer-based multifilament yarn and a method of making a thermoplastic elastomer-based multifilament yarn are disclosed. The multifilament yarn comprises a first filament that is at least partially adhered to a second filament. The first filament and the second filament are each formed from a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a thermoplastic elastomer that exhibits a flexural modulus of about 300 MPa or less as determined in accordance with ISO 178:2019 at a temperature of about 23° C. The yarn has a linear density of from about 1 to about 500 denier per filament and exhibits an elongation at break of about 300% or more as determined in accordance with ASTM D2653-07 (2018) at a temperature of about 23° C.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing a ribbon comprising bamboo fibers. The method comprises positioning the fibers on a conveyor and conveying the fibers in a transport direction, interconnecting the fibers by covering the fibers with thread and/or particles of a sticky material with at least one web forming device which is positioned above and/or below the conveyor and which ejects thread and/or particles. The formed thread and/or particles attaches to the fibers and forms a web which interconnects the fibers in order to form the ribbon and/or stitching the fibres together with at least one stitching device which is configured to stitch the individual fibers together in order to form the ribbon.

摘要: A natural turf reinforcement system and method are provided. A fiber yarn having at least one biodegradation characteristic is inserted into a soil bed to provide support to a natural grass component. The biodegradation characteristic includes a full or a substantially full biodegradation in the soil after injection after a defined time period. The fiber yarn may include one or more plant-based fibers, animal-based fibers, or at least one synthetic fiber. The fibers may further include one or more chemical treatments or coatings configured to extend or modify properties of the fiber yarn and/or the natural grass component.

摘要: The invention provides for a method of manufacturing artificial turf (1000). The method includes creating a polymer mixture, such as polymer mixture (400), where the polymer mixture is at least a three-phase system. The polymer mixture includes a first polymer, a second polymer and a compatibilizer. The first polymer is a polyamide (PA) and the second polymer is a polyethylene (PE). The first polymer is included in an amount of 0.125 percent to 5 percent by weight, the second polymer is included in an amount of 60 percent to 97 percent by weight and the compatibilizer is included in an amount of 0.375 percent to 15 percent by weight. The first polymer and the second polymer are immiscible, and the first polymer forms polymer beads surrounded by the compatibilizer within the second polymer.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a reactive dye-dyeable polyurethane-urea elastic yarn including a reaction product of at least two polyols, a diisocyanate compound, a diamine chain extender, an amine chain terminator, and a diethylenetriamine compound, wherein one of the polyols is polyethylene glycol, which is included in an amount of 20 to 30.0 mol % based on the total amount of the polyols, a polyurethane-urea polymer includes 10 meq/kg to 45 meq/kg of primary amine ends, and the capping ratio (CR) of the diisocyanate to the polyols is 1.8 to 2.0.
