The transmission includes receiving DCI, wherein the DCI comprises indication information of N bits, the indication information of N bits is used to indicate whether the DCI triggers transmission of data, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and performing transmission based on the indication information in the DCI.

A terminal receives DCI for scheduling the transmission of a PDSCH on a plurality of carriers, determines a time unit where the one or more PDSCHs are transmitted on the plurality of carriers in accordance with a reference SCS or an SCS of each carrier, and receives the scheduled PDSCH in the determined one or more time units on the plurality of carriers. A base station transmits the DCI, and transmits the scheduled PDSCH in a time unit where the one or more PDSCHs are transmitted on the plurality of carriers. The terminal determines the time unit where the one or more PDSCHs are transmitted on the plurality of carriers in accordance with the reference SCS or the SCS of each carrier.
