    摘要: A micro switch device includes a switch substrate, an electrostatic cover which is separated from the switch substrate, and a bezel which limits a movable area of the electrostatic cover. An input terminal, an output terminal, a first driving electrode, and a second driving electrode are formed on the switch substrate, and the electrostatic cover is physically separated from the switch substrate. In this instance, since the electrostatic cover is physically separated from the switch substrate, the electrostatic cover is not supported by the switch substrate and is able to move within a range, predetermined by the bezel. The electrostatic cover is electrically connected to the second driving electrode, and is able to easily operate with an electrostatic force at a lower power.

    摘要: A phase shifter includes a substrate; a signal line formed on a specific region in an upper surface of the substrate; and an air gap which is formed within the substrate and changes effective permittivity of the substrate to delay phase of a signal supplied to the signal line. The phase shifter delays a phase of a signal by controlling effective permittivity using an air gap, thereby having outstandingly low insertion loss as compared to existing phase shifters. Further, the phase shifter can be manufactured in a same length as a reference line so that the phase shifter can be in a compact size.

    摘要: A disc driving apparatus for stabbly driving a disc within a cartridge. In the apparatus, a vertical position of the disc to generate a force by an air pressure difference within the cartridge in the same direction as a force clamping the disc during rotation of the disc. A supporting member for supporting the cartridge or the disc is arranged such that the disc within the cartridge is positioned above the half height of the cartridge, so that a disc vibration is minimized during rotation of the disc to stabbly rotate the disc, thereby assuring a responsibility of recorded and reproduced information.
