Abstract:
A shield shell unit includes a shield shell that is attached to an end portion of a shield member for covering a wire, and an attached portion that is attached to the shield shell. The shield shell includes a shell main body, and a fixing portion which projects from the shell main body and is mounted on the attached portion in a direction of intersecting with a direction of attaching the shield shell to the attached portion when the shield shell is attached to the attached portion. The fixing portion and the attached portion have holes which are communicated with each other for passing a screw member therethrough when the fixing portion is mounted on the attached portion.
Abstract:
A connector connection structure includes: a case having a side surface and a top surface, respectively extending in directions crossing each other at a first angle, and an opening; a connector terminal portion inserted into the case from the opening; a shield plate closing the opening; a bolt fastening the case and the shield plate; and a terminal block arranged in the case and connected to the connector terminal portion. The shield plate has a first portion extending along the side surface and closing the opening, a second portion extending along the top surface, and a bent portion positioned between the first portion and the second portion and bent at a second angle being smaller than the first angle. The bolt fastens the case and the second portion of the shield plate.
Abstract:
In a structure of fitting female and male connectors together, the female connector includes a female housing, and a female adapter which is provided on the female housing, and has a guide groove, and is fitted on a fitting portion provided at the male connector. The male connector includes a guide rib which is formed at the fitting portion, and is engageable in the guide groove. The female adapter can be rotated relative to the female housing to be placed at any of a plurality predetermined angular positions arranged with a fixed interval, and can be attached to the female housing. Only when the female adapter is rotated into a preselected one of the plurality predetermined angular positions, and is attached to the female housing of the female connector, the guide rib can be fitted in the guide groove, thereby allowing the female and male connectors to be fitted together.
Abstract:
Each of shielding terminals is made of an electrically-conductive material, and includes a plate-shaped conducting plate portion, and a shielding shell of a tubular shape which is formed in an upstanding manner on the conducting plate portion, and is electrically connected to an electrically-conductive shielding member of a corresponding shielded wire. The conducting plate portions of the shielding terminals are held between a holder plate and an outer surface of a connector housing, and are disposed on the outer surface of the connector housing. These conducting plate portions are fixed to the connector housing by bolts and. The conducting plate portions are held in surface-to-surface contact with the outer surface of the connector housing.
Abstract:
An electrostatic discharge protection device is provided at an input or output of a semiconductor integrated circuit for protecting an internal circuit from an electrostatic surge flowing into or out of the integrated circuit. The electrostatic discharge protection device may include a thyristor, and a trigger diode for triggering the thyristor (e.g., with a low voltage). The trigger diode may include an n-type cathode high impurity concentration region; a p-type anode high impurity concentration region; and an insulator section for electrically insulating a silicide layer formed on a surface of the cathode region from another silicide layer formed on a surface of the anode region.

Abstract:
A compact satellite broadcasting receiver comprises a circular waveguide, a strip-line-shaped probe projected into the circular waveguide, a reflecting element provided downstream of the probe in the circular waveguide and a microwave circuit having a strip line provided around the circular waveguide and connected with the probe. Furthermore, a satellite broadcasting receiver capable of simultaneously receiving two kind of microwaves polarized perpendicularly to each other is realized by joining two compact satellite broadcasting receivers as mentioned above with their strip-line-shaped probes placed at a right angle.
