Abstract: A data sending method includes determining, by user equipment, a narrowband time-frequency resource scheduled by a base station. The method further includes performing, by the user equipment, clear channel assessment CCA channel detection on the narrowband time-frequency resource to obtain a channel energy value of the narrowband time-frequency resource. The method further includes determining, by the user equipment, whether the channel energy value is less than a preset energy threshold. When the channel energy value is less than the preset energy threshold, the method includes sending, by the user equipment, uplink data to the base station on the narrowband time-frequency resource.

Abstract: A radio communications method, a base station, and a terminal, where the base station sends downlink control information to the terminal, where the downlink control information includes uplink scheduling indication information, and the uplink scheduling indication information instructing the terminal to send uplink data in a plurality of uplink subframes on at least one unlicensed carrier such that the terminal sends uplink data in a plurality of uplink subframes on one or more corresponding unlicensed carriers based on the uplink scheduling indication information, thereby implementing scheduling, using uplink scheduling indication information in one piece of downlink control information, of a plurality of uplink subframes to perform uplink transmission. This increases a data volume in data transmission while effectively reducing scheduling signaling overheads.

The method further includes sending, by the base station, a CSI-RS to user equipment UE using the second configuration mode of the CSI-RSs.

Abstract: The present invention provides an information transmission method, an access network device, and a terminal device. The method includes: sending, by an access network device, a CSI-RS configuration parameter to UE; and receiving, by the access network device after sending a CSI-RS signal at each level to the UE based on a quantity of CSI-RS signals at each level, a beamforming parameter at each level that is reported by the UE for the CSI-RS signal at each level. Therefore, accuracy of a beam direction reported to the access network device is improved.

Abstract: An uplink transmission method based on a licensed-assisted access (LAA) system, and an apparatus, where the method includes reserving, for a transmission burst transmitted on an unlicensed carrier, at least one single-carrier frequency-division multiple access (SC-FDMA) symbol in a subframe of an uplink transmission burst corresponding to the transmission burst, where in the reserved at least one SC-FDMA symbol, user equipment (UE) accesses a channel using a listen-before-talk (LBT) access mechanism. Hence, a time gap for accessing the channel through LBT can be reserved for another UE in the uplink transmission burst. This improves a probability of successfully accessing the channel by another UE such that a plurality of UEs in an LAA communications system can perform uplink multiplexing.
