    Abstract: A signal resource configuration method, a terminal, and an access network device to reduce impact on an existing standard and save Channel State Information Reference Signal (CSI-RS) resources. The method includes obtaining, by the access network device, a 2N-port CSI-RS resource sequence number, and sending, by the access network device, the 2N-port CSI-RS resource sequence number to a terminal device, where the 2N-port CSI-RS resource sequence number notifies the terminal device of an N-port CSI-RS resource in two adjacent physical resource blocks (PRBs), and N is a positive integer.

The method includes: determining, by a network device, whether a terminal device is in a first state, where the first state is used to: when the terminal device is in the first state, send channel state indication CSI information to the network device, and the CSI information includes first CSI information in a closed-loop state and second CSI information in an open-loop state; when the terminal device is in the first state, receiving, by the network device, the CSI information sent by the terminal device; determining, by the network device, first indication information based on the CSI information, where the first indication information is used to indicate a transmission parameter of downlink data; and sending, by the network device, the first indication information to the terminal device.

    Abstract: A method for feeding back hybrid channel state information (CSI), a terminal device, and a base station, where the method includes reporting, by a terminal device, CSI to a base station, where the CSI is reported in two stages, CSI used when a quantity of beamformed CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources is greater than one is reported in a first stage, and CSI used when the quantity of the beamformed CSI-RS resources is equal to one is reported in a second stage, and reporting the CSI in the two stages occupies one CSI reporting process. In this method, hybrid CSI is reported based on a beamformed CSI-RS. Therefore, CSI reporting overheads can be reduced, and CSI reporting accuracy can be improved such that a cell throughput can be increased.

    Abstract: This application provides an NR uplink codebook configuration method and a related device. The method may include: receiving, by a network device, reference transmission unit configuration information reported by a terminal, where the reference transmission unit configuration information includes: a quantity N of transmission units of the terminal, a quantity M of groups into which the N transmission units are divided, and a quantity of transmission units included in each group; determining transmission port configuration information of the terminal based on the reference transmission unit configuration information; receiving reference codebook configuration information reported by the terminal; determining a codebook type of the terminal based on the reference codebook configuration information; and sending the transmission port configuration information and the codebook type to the terminal. In this application, two-stage codebooks or single codebooks adapted to different antenna array forms on a terminal side in an NR scenario can be designed.
