    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a display method and an electronic device. The electronic device includes an application processor, a display driver chip, and a display panel. The display panel is configured to display a first image. The application processor is configured to send first indication information and a first parameter to the display driver chip. The display driver chip is configured to: control, based on the received first indication information, brightness of a fingerprint recognition area in the first image to be first brightness, and control brightness of a mask area in the first image to be second brightness. The brightness of the mask area is controlled based on the first parameter, and the mask area is an area in the first image except the fingerprint recognition area. The display panel is configured to display an updated first image.

    Abstract: A coverage enhancement method and an apparatus are disclosed. The method includes transmitting N first SSB beams in a first SSB beam set on a first initial bandwidth part BWP resource, and transmitting M second SSB beams in a second SSB beam set on a second initial BWP resource, where coverage of the first SSB beam set is located in a first partial area of a sector, coverage of the second SSB beam set is located in a second partial area of the sector, and N and M are positive integers. In this way, complementary coverage of a first SSB beam and a second SSB beam is implemented in the sector.

    Abstract: An uplink transmission method based on a licensed-assisted access (LAA) system, and an apparatus, where the method includes reserving, for a transmission burst transmitted on an unlicensed carrier, at least one single-carrier frequency-division multiple access (SC-FDMA) symbol in a subframe of an uplink transmission burst corresponding to the transmission burst, where in the reserved at least one SC-FDMA symbol, user equipment (UE) accesses a channel using a listen-before-talk (LBT) access mechanism. Hence, a time gap for accessing the channel through LBT can be reserved for another UE in the uplink transmission burst. This improves a probability of successfully accessing the channel by another UE such that a plurality of UEs in an LAA communications system can perform uplink multiplexing.

The signal transmission control method includes sending, by a base station, SRS configuration information to the UE radio resource control (RRC) signaling or physical downlink control signaling (DCI) such that the UE sends an SRS based on the SRS configuration information. Hence, utilization of a channel can be significantly improved.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and apparatus. The method may include: A cell in a first frequency range determines to enter an energy saving state. A terminal device accesses a cell in a second frequency range through cell selection. When the terminal device needs to enter the cell in the first frequency range, the cell in the second frequency range assists the terminal device in accessing the cell in the first frequency range. In this application, energy saving can be implemented through assistance between a plurality of cells. For example, the cell in the first frequency range may enter the energy saving state. Communication performance can be ensured. For example, the cell in the second frequency range may assist the terminal device in accessing the cell in the first frequency range in the energy saving state.
