    Abstract: This application provides a communication method, and a communications apparatus. The communication method includes: An access network device sends a deactivation indication or an activation indication to a terminal. The deactivation indication is used to indicate that a primary secondary cell in a secondary cell group is in a deactivated state, and the activation indication is used to indicate that the primary secondary cell is in an activated state. The access network device is a master node or a secondary node of the terminal. In receiving the deactivation indication or the activation indication, the terminal performs a deactivation operation on the secondary cell group according to the deactivation indication, or activates the secondary cell group according to the activation indication.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses example communication apparatuses. One example communication apparatus includes sending request information from a first network device to a second network device, where the request information includes an identifier of a network slice, configuration information of a data radio bearer corresponding to the identifier of the network slice, and first general packet radio service tunneling protocol-user plane (GTP-U) tunnel address information corresponding to the identifier of the network slice. Feedback information is received by the first network device and from the second network device, where the feedback information includes second GTP-U tunnel address information corresponding to the identifier of the network slice. The first GTP-U tunnel address information and the second GTP-U tunnel address information identify a user plane tunnel that corresponds to the identifier of the network slice and that is between the first network device and the second network device.

    Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a system for implementing data scheduling are provided. By adopting the method, the apparatus, and the system in embodiments of the present application, a BSR is generated when uplink data that needs to be sent exists; and by using the BSR and correspondence between a logical channel and a base station, a UE can transmit the uplink data on a logical channel that corresponds to a base station, thereby avoiding a problem that data cannot be processed because a radio resource and a logical channel correspond to different base stations, so that the UE can transfer data to be uploaded to a correct base station corresponding thereto, which greatly improves efficiency of data scheduling in a mode of carrier aggregation between base stations.
