    Abstract: A power configuration method and a device, the power configuration method including sending, by a first network device, M power configuration parameters to a second network device, where the M power configuration parameters are corresponding to M antenna port sets, wherein at least one of the M antenna port sets belongs to the first network device, where each power configuration parameter is used to calculate power of a downlink data channel between a corresponding antenna port set and the second network device, and where M is an integer greater than or equal to 2.

    Abstract: A signal scrambling method and apparatus, and a signal descrambling method and apparatus are disclosed. In the signal scrambling method, a communications apparatus scrambles a signal by using a scrambling sequence, and sends the scrambled signal. In the signal descrambling method, a communications apparatus receives a signal, and descrambles the signal by using a scrambling sequence. An initial value of the scrambling sequence is determined based on a time unit number corresponding to a frame structure parameter used for transmitting the signal, so that different scrambling sequences can be used to scramble signals that are transmitted by using different frame structure parameters. Therefore, interference randomization can be implemented for signal scrambling, and this can be applicable to various application scenarios in 5G NR to improve performance.

    Abstract: A signal transmission method includes: performing hierarchical modulation on service data that needs to be sent, so as to obtain a hierarchically modulated signal; determining energy per resource element (EPRE) of a modulated signal of each layer of the service data according to power configuration information; and sending the hierarchically modulated signal to user equipment UE according to the determined EPRE of the modulated signal of each layer. According to the signal transmission method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention, the system spectrum utilization efficiency and the system throughput can be greatly improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an MBSFN configuration method and a device, which may implement flexible configuration of an MBSFN, and improve radio resource utilization of a system. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a subframe configuration of an MBSFN subframe that is used to bear a physical multicast channel PMCH, where the subframe configuration includes a cyclic prefix CP type and/or a reference signal pattern; and sending, by the base station, MBSFN configuration information to user equipment UE, where the MBSFN configuration information is used to indicate the subframe configuration of the MBSFN subframe, where the CP type includes a normal CP, an extended CP, or another CP, and a length of the another CP is different from a length of the normal CP or a length of the extended CP. The present invention is applicable to the communications field.
