    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for monitoring a downlink control channel, a terminal device, and a computer readable storage medium. The monitoring method includes determining, by a terminal device, priority information, where the priority information includes at least one of a control resource set priority, a search space priority, a downlink control information priority, or a downlink control information size priority, monitoring, by the terminal device, a downlink control channel based on the priority information, and obtaining, by the terminal device, downlink control information from the downlink control channel.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a scheduling method, a data transmission method, and an apparatus, and relate to the field of communications technologies, so as to resolve a problem that an existing LTE system does not support a new type of terminal. The scheduling method includes: sending, by a base station, downlink control information DCI to a first-type terminal, where the DCI includes scheduling information used to instruct the first-type terminal to send uplink data by using a first-mode frame format; the first-mode frame format includes at least one uplink subframe, and each uplink subframe includes at least one first-mode frame format symbol; and duration of the first-mode frame format symbol is at least four times of duration of a second-mode frame format symbol, and the second-mode frame format symbol is a single carrier frequency division multiple access SC-FDMA symbol in an LTE system.

    Abstract: This application provides a reference signal sending method. The method includes: determining a resource set, where the resource set is used to carry a demodulation reference signal and downlink information, the downlink information is downlink control information or downlink data, the demodulation reference signal is used to demodulate the downlink information, the resource set includes a first time-frequency resource group and a second time-frequency resource group, the first time-frequency resource group is reserved time-frequency resources, and the second time-frequency resource group is used to carry the demodulation reference signal; determining a third time-frequency resource group based on a location of the second time-frequency resource group and an offset when the first time-frequency resource group and the second time-frequency resource group overlap, wherein the offset is determined according to a preset rule; and sending the demodulation reference signal by using the third time-frequency resource group.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting common information, a base station, and user equipment are provided, where the method includes: generating additional information according the common information, where the common information is a paging message and/or system information, and data packets of the additional information and data packets of the common information are the same at a Media Access Control MAC layer; and sending the common information and the additional information to the user equipment. In embodiments of the present invention, because the additional information and the common information carry same MAC layer data packet content, in a case of receiving the common information and the additional information, the user equipment may determine a data packet at the MAC layer according to the common information and the additional information; therefore a probability of correct detection of the common information may be increased.
