摘要： It is a clip attaching structure wherein the cost can be reduced, and the appearance is excellent, and furthermore, the spring action is good. The clip is made of a thin plate metal material, and has a base part to be inserted into an outer sleeve and a main body part to be extended outside the outer sleeve, and the main body part has an approximately U-shaped cross section made by bending downward both sides of the thin plate, and between the base part and the main body part, a closing part for closing the rear end opening of the inner sleeve is provided. The main body part side of the closing part has an approximately U-shaped cross section made by downward bending both sides thereof and the approximately U-shaped cross section from the main body part is continued, and the base part side of the closing part is shaped like a plate, and the downward bent portion of both sides of the closing part is inserted into the inner sleeve when the clip is not swung.

摘要： A writing instrument slip attachment mechanism is disclosed which prevents the clip (3) from becoming separated from the writing instrument. The clip attachment mechanism located on the writing instrument shaft (1) includes a clip (3) having a folded back base section (4); and a clip attachment section (2) having cooperatively shaped outer and inner surfaces (2A, 2B) for operatively engaging said folded back base section (4); and a cover (5) for attachment to said clip attachment to said clip attachment section (2). The base section (4) of the clip (3) is press-fitted into the outer and inner surfaces (2A, 2B) of the clip attachment (2). The cover (5) cover the press-fitted base section (4) and preferably also helps to lock the base section (4) to the clip attachment section (2), by use of co-operatively shaped convex and concave surfaces formed between the cover and clip attachment section (2).

摘要： An end plug mounting structure for writing instrument of the present invention can securely mount an end plug onto a barrel and remove it more easily. Even if assembling and removing is performed repeatedly, tightness for the end plug to be assembled on the barrel can be prevented from weakening. A locking hole is provided around cylindrical rear portion of the barrel, an inserting portion with circular cross section inserted into rear portion of the barrel from rear end of the barrel is provided on the end plug, a locking protrusion locked in a locking hole is provided at periphery of the inserting portion, a groove extending forward from rear end of the barrel and in which the locking protrusion moves is provided on inner surface of rear portion of the barrel, thereby the end plug is assembled on the barrel by means of locking the locking protrusion that moves forward in the groove in the locking hole. The locking hole is configured to be adjacent to the groove, so that the locking protrusion moving forward in the groove moves in circumferential direction so as to be locked in the locking hole. A protruding strip extending in lengthwise direction is configured on side bottom of the groove on the side of the locking hole, so that the locking protrusion can stride over the protruding strip to move along circumferential direction.
