摘要： In a liquid container, it is made possible to store liquid that is overflowed by fluctuations in atmospheric pressure and thereby to prevent liquid leaks, and the whole quantity of the stored liquid is enabled to be used. The liquid container is provided with a body having a main tank in which liquid is stored; a supply outlet, located toward the tip of the body, for supplying the liquid; a guiding portion connecting the main tank and the supply outlet to guide the liquid from the main tank to the supply outlet; and a liquid reservoir having an air flow port communicating with the exterior and a liquid flow port communicating with the main tank or the guiding portion and an overflowing liquid flow path for storing liquid overflowing the main tank. The liquid is stored farther away from the supply outlet than the liquid flow port.

摘要： A mechanical pencil includes a barrel, a lead feeding mechanism disposed in the barrel to tighten and feed a lead, and a lead holder disposed between the lead feeding mechanism and a tip end of the barrel. The lead holder includes a through hole through which the lead penetrates, holding portions for holding the lead, and a contact portion for contacting an inner peripheral face of the barrel. The holding portions include a first holding portion at a front portion of the lead holder and a second holding portion at a rear portion of the lead holder. When a length of the lead becomes shorter than a distance between the lead feeding mechanism and the tip end of the barrel, the first holding portion holds the short lead and the second holding portion holds a next lead tightened by the lead feeding mechanism.

摘要： A knocking writing utensil which automatically returns a writing medium to a withdrawn position when a clip is used, includes an engagingly-locking protrusion formed on an engagement body that moves inside an external cylinder together with a refill. An engaging-lock receiving protruding portion including an engaging-lock receiving portion at its front end is formed on the rear surface of a non-proximal end of a clip with its proximal and fixed to the external cylinder. A guide hole is formed in the external cylinder so as to correspond to the engaging-lock receiving protruding portion. A cam portion for abutting on the engagingly-locking protrusion is formed on a knock bar integrated with a known body. The cam portion moves the engagingly-locking protrusion beyond the engaging-lock receiving protruding portion from behind it to the engaging-lock receiving portion, or guides the engagingly-locking protrusion from the engaging-lock receiving portion to behind the engaging-lock receiving protruding portion so as to pass by one lateral side of the engaging-lock receiving protruding portion.
