    摘要: [Problem to be Solved] To provide a terminal connection structure which is downsized and which can easily connect terminal fixtures together without producing the variation in electric resistance between the terminal fixtures.[Solution] A terminal connection structure connects a bus bar connected to an inverter and a second terminal fixture connected to a coil of a motor. The terminal connection structure includes a first housing receiving a thin-walled portion of the bus bar, a second housing receiving an electric-contact portion of the second terminal fixture and having an insert portion, a clip terminal arranged to make the thin-walled portion to closely contacted with the electric-contact portion, and a permitting/restricting portion. The permitting/restricting portion permits the clip terminal to be attached to one of the first housing and the second housing when the insert portion is positioned at a predetermined position and restricts the clip terminal from being attached to one of the first housing and the second housing when the insert portion is not positioned at the predetermined position.

    摘要: A bundle of electric wires has a first length and a first diameter. A tubular braided wire has a second length which is shorter than the first length and a second diameter which is larger than the first diameter. The bundle of electric wires is passed through the braided wire, and then a connector is connected to each of both ends of the electric wires collectively. The connector having a third diameter which is larger than the first diameter. The braided wire is stretched such that both ends thereof are fixed on the respective connectors to form a reduced-diameter portion therebetween which is fitted on an outer periphery of the bundle of the electric wire. A conductive retainer is attached on the reduced-diameter portion to maintain a length and a diameter of the reduced-diameter portion.

The corrugated holder of the shielded connector is made up of a pair of half covers 36. Each half cover is provided with an outer cover and an inner cover. A case insertion chamber for a wire attachment case is formed between the outer cover and the inner cover. A wire stopper for the shield wire is formed at one end of the inner surface of the inner cover. A plurality of tube insertion grooves for a corrugated tube are formed at the other end of the inner surface of the inner cover. The outer cover is provided with a cover securing portion corresponding to the outer wall of the wire attachment case. The sheath of the shield wire is provided with a sheath holding ring for radially compressing the sheath.
