    摘要: A storage battery terminal structure of the present invention includes: an annular recessed groove that is arranged on an upper end portion of a cylindrical male terminal; retaining projections that are engageable with the annular recessed groove; a housing that is an outer enclosing body of a female terminal; flexible arms, each flexible arm not only having a retaining projection on an upper end portion of an inner wall of a rigid sleeve of the housing surrounding the male terminal in order to release the corresponding retaining projection from the annular recessed groove but also being formed by a pair of slits formed from an upper end of the rigid sleeve so as to interpose the corresponding retaining projection therebetween; and a release button that is arranged on an upper end portion of the rigid sleeve so as to be vertically movable so that the flexible arms can be flexed sidewards and that has slopes on a lower surface thereof, the slopes facing sidewards. An indicator is also disclosed that reveals when the male terminal has been completely inserted into a hole of the female terminal.

    摘要: A connecting structure for a shielded cable having a braid is disclosed. The connecting structure includes a cable insertion hole, a hollow pressure member, a shield connection member, and a hollow bolt. The cable insertion hole includes a female threaded part and a shield connection part having an inclined surface. The hollow pressure member is inserted into the shield connection part of the cable insertion hole and the shielded cable passes through the hollow pressure member. The shield connection member is connected to the braid of the shielded cable and has an inclined part. The shield connection member is inserted into the cable insertion hole such that the inclined part is disposed between the inclined surface of the shield connection part and the hollow pressure member. The shielded cable passes through the hollow bolt and the hollow bolt is threaded into the female threaded part of the cable insertion hole. When the hollow bolt is tightened to press the hollow pressure member, the hollow pressure member in turn presses the inclined part of the shield connection member against the inclined surface of the shield connection part to electrically connect the braid to the cable insertion hole.

    摘要: In a structure of fitting female and male connectors together, the female connector includes a female housing, and a female adapter which is provided on the female housing, and has a guide groove, and is fitted on a fitting portion provided at the male connector. The male connector includes a guide rib which is formed at the fitting portion, and is engageable in the guide groove. The female adapter can be rotated relative to the female housing to be placed at any of a plurality predetermined angular positions arranged with a fixed interval, and can be attached to the female housing. Only when the female adapter is rotated into a preselected one of the plurality predetermined angular positions, and is attached to the female housing of the female connector, the guide rib can be fitted in the guide groove, thereby allowing the female and male connectors to be fitted together.
