摘要: In a seat belt retractor, as the rotation of a pawl holder of a locking member in the webbing unwinding direction is stopped by a locking mechanism in emergency, a reel receives a force on a protrusion by impact load applied to the webbing with the inertia of an occupant. As the force is increased, the protrusion is plastically deformed. By this plastic deformation, the impact on the occupant can be greatly absorbed at first. After the protrusion is sheared, the reel tends to rotate in the webbing unwinding direction by the inertia of the occupant, so that the torsion bar is further twisted. Thus, the load can be variously set to effectively absorb kinetic energy of the occupant.

摘要: A spontaneously degradable fiber excellent in bulkiness, softness, stretchability and feeling, which comprises (A) a low heat-shrinkable fiber component comprising a high crystalline aliphatic polyester and (B) a high heat-shrinkable fiber component comprising an aliphatic polyester, e.g., a low crystalline or non-crystalline aliphatic polyester, and a block copolymer or a mixture the main component of which is an aliphatic polyester and which comprises a high-melting component and a low-melting component. Further, fibers excellent in self-crimpability or self-adhesion property and dividable fibers are obtained by suitably combining the fiber components (A) and (B) to form conjugated fibers or composite yarns.

摘要: A curl-correcting device includes a roller, a belt, a pair of rollers, and an adjuster. The roller is disposed facing the convex side of a curled sheet. The belt is rotatable in a predetermined direction to convey the sheet sandwiched between the roller and the belt. The pair of rollers is located at positions of an upstream side and a downstream side in a rotation direction of the belt, and each abuts the roller via the belt. The adjuster adjusts a winding angle at which the belt is wound around the roller by varying an interval between the pair of rollers in the rotation direction of the belt.

摘要: A method for producing a galvanized steel sheet includes contacting a steel sheet with a zinc-containing aqueous solution having a zinc ion concentration of 1 to 100 g/l, contacting the steel sheet with an aqueous solution with a pH of 6 to 14, washing the steel sheet with water, and then drying the steel sheet. An example of the zinc-containing aqueous solution is a solution containing zinc sulfate. According to the method, an oxide layer which has an average thickness of 10 nm or more and which principally contains zinc is formed on the steel sheet and the galvanized steel sheet can be stably produced at high speed in a reduced space so as to have excellent press formability.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a galvanized steel sheet, includes: galvanizing a steel sheet; bringing the surface of the steel sheet into contact with an aqueous solution containing zinc ion in the range of 5 to 100 g/l as the zinc ion concentration, having a pH of 4 to 6, and having a liquid temperature of 20 to 70° C., holding the steel sheet for 1 to 60 seconds; and then washing and drying the steel sheet. The solution containing zinc is preferably one containing zinc sulfate, for example. According to the method, a galvanized steel sheet having an oxide layer having an average thickness of 10 nm or more and mainly containing zinc formed on the surface of the steel sheet and having excellent press formability can be stably manufactured in a short time.

摘要: A seat load measuring apparatus which can be effectively adopted to various kinds of motor vehicles without requiring various load sensors having cables of different lengths according to the kinds of motor vehicles, thereby providing improved installation, maintenance and manufacturing benefits. A seat load measuring apparatus may include a connector of a load sensor is a male connector having terminals projecting downwardly. The entry of the male connector faces the open bottom of a protector. On the other hand, a cable to be connected to an ECU is provided with a cable-side connector. The cable-side connector is composed of a female connector which is detachable relative to the male connector. Therefore, the load sensor and the cable are detachable from each other, thereby achieving the adaptability of the load sensor and the connector casing a relative to various kinds of motor vehicles.
