摘要: A method for modifying the surface of a solid material and a surface-modified solid material are provided, where an excellent adhesion strength between the surface of the solid material and any of coating films made of various UV-curing resins or the like can be obtained. In other words, it is attained by carrying out a silicatizing flame treatment on the surface of the solid material by wholly or partially blowing a flame of a fuel gas containing a specific silicon-containing compound having a flash point of 0 to 100° C. and a boiling point of 105 to 250° C., such as hexamethyldisilazane, vinyltrimethoxysilane, trifuloropropyl trimethoxysilane, 3-chloropropyl trimethoxysilane and the like.

摘要: A semiconductor temperature detecting circuit use semiconductor temperature sensors each comprising bipolar transistors connected in a Darlington connection to provide a semiconductor temperature detecting circuit capable of automatically compensating for variations in fabrication of a reference voltage for comparing outputs of temperature sensors. The semiconductor temperature detecting circuit includes a first and a second semiconductor temperature sensor each having bipolar transistors connected in Darlington connection and respectively receiving different constant currents (I and nxI). Temperature detected is based on a corresponding relationship between a ratio of output voltages of the first and the second semiconductor temperature sensors and the temperature.

摘要: A cement additive is added to increase flowability of a cement composition and to prevent a slump loss, but those characters are insufficient, or the cement additive becomes ununiform in the cement composition and causes a trouble of the hardening inferiority. Thus, to solve the subjects, the present invention provides a cement additive composed of a crosslinked polymer in which, between main chains having a water-soluble polymer structure of a molecular weight from 500 to 100,000, a bond having as a structural unit at least one group selected from divalent groups as shown in the following formula (I) is formed. ##STR1## In the formula (I), R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 independently denote any one of the following. ##STR2## However, R.sup.1 may not be required in a case of that R.sup.2 is the following. ##STR3## Moreover, R and R' independently denote an alkyl group of carbon number of 1 to 5.!

摘要: In a system for executing distribution, arrangement and collection of array data between a host processor and plural processor elements, control parameter regarding array data to be transferred and an identification number assigned to each data receiver are set beforehand to a data receiver of each processor element. Data sequentially sent out onto a data bus with synchronization with a strobe signal from the data transmitter of the host processor are fetched selectively according to a data transfer allowance signal generated based on the control parameter and the identification number. The fetched data is written into a memory with a discrete address.
