The circular waterproofing packing is to be engaged with a power receiving side connector in a rear half of the waterproof packing. The inner surface of the power supply side connector is also covered with a packing holder for preventing the waterproofing packing from coming off a front half thereof. The packing holder has a circular protrusion for protecting the front end of the connector housing provided at the outer periphery of a front end of the packing holder. The packing holder is made of metal or synthetic resin having shock resistance.

摘要： A spring-incorporated flat type terminal structure which can be manufactured efficiently and which requires only a small space for engagement or disengagement of the male and female parts of the terminals of the connector. A flat type female terminal of electrically conductive material has a terminal engaging section and a wire connecting section. The terminal engaging section is substantially in the form of a rectangular box and has a terminal accommodating chamber with a terminal inserting inlet opened in one side. The terminal inserting inlet has four locking grooves at the four corners of the inserting inlet to hold spacer springs. The wire connecting section has an engaging hole into which the conductor of an electrical wire W is inserted. Hence, by inserting the engaging piece of a flat type male connector into the terminal engaging section from above, the wire of the flat type female connector can be electrically connected to the wire of the flat type male connector.

摘要： A watertight type shielded connector includes a housing assembly and a terminal assembly. The housing assembly includes a housing and a shield element molded integrally with the housing. The terminal assembly includes a resilient plug fitted over the sheath of a shielding wire. The shielding wire has a distal end thereof connected to a terminal. The terminal assembly also includes a conductor in electrical contact with the shielding material of the shielding wire. Upon inserting the terminal assembly into the housing assembly, the conductor electrically engages the shield element of the housing assembly so that the conductor establishes electric continuity between the shield element of the housing assembly and the shielding material of the terminal assembly while at the same time the plug fits to the fitting bore of the housing assembly so that the terminal assembly engages the housing assembly in a watertight relation. The shield element of the housing assembly serves to shield the terminal. The plug is formed with a first projection extending all around the outer surface of the plug to form a closed loop and a second projection extending all around the inner surface of the plug to form a closed loop, the first projection fitting to the fitting bore of the housing assembly and the second projection fitting over the sheath of the shielding wire. The plug and conductor may take the form of a single component made of a conductive rubber.

摘要： A complete locking confirming device for an electric connector comprising a first connector having a first connector housing, a second connector having a second connector housing capable of being coupled with the first connector housing, and locking means provided in combination with the first and second connector housings to lock the electric connector when the first and second connectors are coupled completely. The complete locking confirming device comprises a complete locking detecting slider mounted on either of the first connector housing and the second connector housing so as to be positioned at a complete locking indicating position only when the first and second connectors are coupled completely and the electric connector is locked by the locking means. The complete locking detecting slider is provided with a complete locking indicating mark, which is located opposite to and can be read by a mark reader only when the complete locking detecting slider is located at the complete locking indicating position.
