    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of communications technologies, and provide a PCF determining method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes: receiving, by a first AMF, PCF identification information sent by a second AMF, and obtaining, by the first AMF, policy information from a target PCF when at least one PCF corresponding to the PCF identification information includes the target PCF, where the PCF identification information includes identification information of at least one first PCF, the identification information of the first PCF includes at least one of an IP address of the first PCF, an IP prefix of the first PCF, and an FQDN of the first PCF, the first AMF is an AMF providing a service for the terminal to access a network this time, and the second AMF is an AMF providing a service for the terminal to access a network last time.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a GTP-U downlink packet sending method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a MEC platform, a GTP-U uplink packet sent by a base station device; obtaining, by the MEC platform, a TEID of the base station device according to the GTP-U uplink packet; and sending, by the MEC platform, a GTP-U downlink packet to the base station device, where the GTP-U downlink packet includes the TEID of the base station device. By using the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, after receiving the GTP-U uplink packet sent by the base station device, the MEC platform can obtain the TEID of the base station device according to the GTP-U uplink packet, and therefore, can correctly perform GTP-U encapsulation, and send the GTP-U downlink packet to the base station device.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus, a system, and a method for preventing TCP connection interruption. The apparatus determines that user equipment UE needs cell handover; and the apparatus sends a first instruction message to a server, where the first instruction message is used to instruct the server to stop sending downlink data to the proxy device, and sends cached downlink data to the UE. Therefore, the following problem is avoided: After UE is disconnected from a source cell and is connected to a new cell, because the UE does not receive partial downlink data cached by a TCP proxy or because partial cached data is lost, the UE initiates retransmission to a server, but the server does not retransmit an acknowledged packet according to a TCP protocol, causing TCP connection interruption and service interruption.

The method includes: receiving an event message sent by a cell broadcast entity; obtaining a public key of a CA according to pre-configured information for determining the public key of the CA and information for determining the public key of the CA and obtained from a network side, or according to information of the CA obtained from the network side; then, obtaining a public key of the cell broadcast entity according to the obtained public key of the CA and an implicit certificate of the cell broadcast entity; verifying a signature of the cell broadcast entity over the event message according to the public key of the cell broadcast entity; and finally, determining legitimacy of the event message according to the verification result.
