    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel measurement and feedback method, a network device, and a system, and relate to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: receiving, by a first network device, pilot port configuration information sent by a second network device, where the pilot port configuration information is used to describe at least two pilot ports; measuring, by using the at least two pilot ports, a pilot signal sent by the second network device, and determining first information, where the first information includes at least one of second information of the first network device or third information of a third network device when it is assumed that the first network device and the third network device communicate with the second network device by performing spatial multiplexing on a same time frequency resource.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a channel state information CSI reporting method and apparatus, and a base station antenna. In the method, at least one precoding matrix is selected from a codebook based on a reference signal sent by a base station, and CSI is sent to the base station. The CSI includes at least one selected precoding matrix indicator PMI, and the PMI is corresponding to the selected at least one precoding matrix. At least one precoding matrix W included in the codebook may be expressed as W=W1W2 where is a Kronecker product, and at least one of W1 or W2 is an antenna selection matrix. Therefore, in embodiments of the present invention, the base station can select, according to the at least one precoding matrix that is fed back, one or more antenna ports to send a signal.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a precoding matrix indicator feedback method, a receive end, and a transmit end. The method includes: selecting, by a receive end based on a reference signal, a precoding matrix W from a codebook, where a coefficient α is used to perform phase adjustment on φn in W, φn represents a phase difference between weighted values of a first antenna group and a second antenna group of a transmit end for a transmission signal from a same transmission layer, ϕ n ∈ {  j2π   n Q } , and the first antenna group and the second antenna group belong to a same multi-antenna system; and sending, by the receive end, a precoding matrix indicator (PMI) to the transmit end. In this way, using the coefficient α to perform the phase adjustment on φn can increase a size of a codebook set applicable to different antenna configurations, and improve precision of the receive end to feed back a PMI.
