摘要： A method is provided for transmitting a control channel for resource allocation to a terminal by a base station in an Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) wireless communication system. An additional resource allocation indicator is set indicating whether the number of consecutive resource block sets allocated to a terminal is greater than one. A reference control channel is generated including reference resource allocation information for a first consecutive resource block set and the set additional resource allocation indicator. An additional control channel using additional resource allocation information is generated, when there are one or more additional consecutive resource block sets. At least one of the generated reference control channel and the generated additional control channels is encoded before transmission.

摘要： A transmission/reception apparatus and method are provided for channel estimation in a mobile communication system for transmitting packet data based on FDMA, and include a transmitter for transmitting signals through a pilot channel and a control channel, and a receiver for receiving the signals of the pilot channel and the control channel and estimating a channel for demodulation of a data channel using the signal of the pilot channel and information about transmission power used when the control channel is transmitted. The receiver includes a pilot channel receiver, a control channel receiver, a control channel signal reproducer, and a channel estimator for performing channel estimation using the signals received through the pilot channel, the control channel, the signal transmitted through the control channel by the transmitter, and the information about transmission power used when the control channel is transmitted by the transmitter.

摘要： A method and apparatus using Virtual Circuit Switching (VCS) in a new scheme are provided for allocating and employing resources by combining Circuit Switching (CS) and Packet Switching (PS), in which a base station allocates resources of a dedicated channel using the CS to a user and then transmits data on the dedicated channel. When data is not transmitted to the user, the base station allocates the allocated dedicated channel resources for resources of a shared channel and transmits data of a different user. Therefore, system capacity can be increased and a waste of communication resources can be minimized in a wireless communication system for frequently transmitting a small amount of traffic that is sensitive to a delay time.

摘要： A method is provided for allocating resources of a control channel in a mobile communication system using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). The method includes, when a time index and a frequency index of available Resource Elements (REs) are defined as l and k, respectively, dividing the available REs in a two-dimensional structure of (k, l); and time-first-allocating each RE to a plurality of RE groups while increasing the time index l for each frequency index k from an initial value up to a predetermined range.

摘要： A mobile station determines a data rate in a mobile communication system including a plurality of base stations communicating with the mobile station. The mobile station receives rate control information from the base stations, and receives precedence indicator information from one of the base stations. The precedence indicator information is used for giving precedence to particular rate control information in the rate control information received from the base stations. The mobile station determines a data rate according to the particular rate control information to which precedence is given by the precedence indicator information.

摘要： A sounding reference signal transmission method which is efficient in an uplink wireless telecommunications system using a multiple antenna technique and sounding reference signal hopping. A terminal using the multiple antenna technique is equipped with a plurality of antennas, and a base station receives the sounding reference signal transmitted from these antennas and estimates the uplink channel state of each antenna. Moreover, the sounding reference signal performs frequency hopping so that the base station determines the channel condition for the entire bandwidth to which data is transmitted in the uplink system. The sounding reference signal is transmitted through an antenna pattern in which the sounding reference signal can be transmitted through the entire data transmission bandwidth of the uplink system for each antenna of the terminal without additional overhead in this environment.
